Managed to solve the problem after some scrounging on the net and getting the game. Wish I could upload it here, but y'know rule 4 and all that. That being said, even after applying the TL and mod I'm still confused on what to do. I've done the deed, and the game says the girls are impregnated. But the impregnation counter doesn't go up? Not really sure what to do other than fight girls and bang them. Heh, but that's kind of the point of a porno innit?

The game itself is a sandbox RPG, you can do anything and go anywhere you want. The game itself actually is hard to newbie because it fail to explain properly its mechanic, but just go venture the world. It is more like Dark Soul where you can go anywhere but without stories. The impregnation only go up if you bang your party member at the bed. For MC's impregnation count you need to select yourself at the bed (you bang your sister not self-cest).
Read the game overview at the OP to know basic idea of the game.
There're some stuffs in the game like Nomad, Black Armor Warrior, auto battle system I couldn't obtain anywhere, are those dev mode only?

The auto battle system is called Tactic Book. Don't think it can be found anywhere. Sea Nomad can be found at Southern Seacliff, west to Shark Territory. Black Armor Warrior can be found in Fire Dragon Volcano, accessible from Northern Dragonicle Mountain.
Rare materials is rare for a reason. If you are lucky you may get rare materials from confirmed drop at high enough Hunter Level. From the look of it Shining EMO Ring do nothing, but it was supposed to be a material.
So I notice using Villnammellet power up on monster not only require creampie BP and memories but also a hidden number of level as well. Heart of hollow can be used to make some character do auto battle.
What's exactly up with the pregnancies? Since there is a count, I guess they eventually will give birth and be unpregnant again (?) but when/how do I achieve this? I tried long and short rests at the tents, have fought with my team for hours, moved along... but I can't tell if they get more prgnant or will be unpregnant anytime...

Girl will get pregnant when moods+level is more than 100 iirc (I dig this from game code and testing, should be accurate). The moods+level is carry over from previous sex, so you dont need to accumulate moods+level = 100 in one go.
Moods mainly increase by battling or eating White fish and Meat bento at camp.
Pregnancy don't yield infant except 2 characters, but only once for them. But pregnancy is still INTEGRAL part to further unlocking new mechanic and monster girl development.

I pretty much consider it done by the fact that only some sex scene not translated, but the game can be completed as a whole. Probably will visit this again with next games update.
