One of the underrated games here. Deserves definitly more attention.

It should work without renaming the file, but if renaming works for you let me know thanks.
A quick way to tell if the patch is active is that the older female has the dialogue title 'Mom'.
However, there are times the characters will use her name. MC uses it very sparingly, but 'Sam' uses it to show she's mature and her mother's peer. She'll also lapse back into 'Mom' in emotional moments or when she's manipulating a situation.
Anyway, that's what I would do if I were the author of the patch.

This looks like your version has kept the older images. I've no idea why. You could try Shift + R to refresh the game, but there should only be the new images available to this version.
As for saves, they seem to have broken and I can't figure out why. The save destination / id is the same as previous versions and I can't replicate the error on my machine. Apologies to all for that.
Is it only me or is the game not really made around incest? The older woman is not old enough to be a mother, moreover the banter and conversation between the mc and the girls does not give the slightest hint that they are all related. The incest patch feels forced on this one.

I enjoyed my non-incest play through more than the incest one. Might have been because I played it that way first, so who knows.
The only thing that prevents me from agreeing 100% is the title. Certainly sounds like a family-centric game.

The responsible elder sibling doing some maternal rubbings on her younger sister is enough for "how illicit, such taboo" feeling.
Could be the writing doesn't maximally capitalize on the incest angle.

Nice twist at the end haha. Im a little dissapointed by how Marie looks, kinda average.
