i would have to agree his personality depends on the choices your given honestlyWell I can not speak for you but on the more romantic paths, he is more loving and caring about them. (You might have missed that, but he cares greatly about both of them and does love them a lot even if pervy and struggling with his sexuality in a world where he can not trust anyone else enough to have a relation with in early part of game) The fact he is sexually and otherwise attracted to them though will not change, then again you might be surprised about the women.

Well it is more that he is not that bad, when you take both his age and circumstances also in consideration where he and those he cares for are in constant danger and you know they might not come back any time they go out and lack of more normal healthy outlets, even if just internet porn.
Though he is def more agreeable and nicer on the romantic routes as the domination routes.

I think I've answered this before, so I'll confirm that there will be optional footjobs in future chapters.
There will always be death scenes, and they'll always be re-playable, if they concern the MC and the two main characters.

I've taken a game-inspired approach to show when the MC is damaged. So damage will show as blood splatters around the edges of the scene. You briefly see this if you entered the warehouse in Chapter 1 and were munched.
As to what's happened to him, I'm afraid you'll need to wait (don't hold your breath!)
