Which bug are you talking about. I have a bug where the lady in trouble quest is still on my game even though I completed it and was wondering if a new game would fix it.

Lady tells me to come back next morning and can't speak to her. It says to go to Emily and pay her a visit but she just says I have to pay rent. I think I'm bugged.
