So...how do I continue the game if I have reached limit on all skills? Also is there any porn in this? So far I haven't seen any and while kingdom management is fun I can just play og pathfinder for that...

i only played DOS2, and i loved Lohse's story arc and her romance...the epilogues are bittersweet tho...

Follow up comments, and since you seem cool and open to listening, I'm dropping some suggestions here and there.
Anyhow, the game is ok, I'm again giving it a try, this time on regular difficulty. I expect it to end badly
How do I pick how I go in to battle? Because I don't remember having a choice (maybe it was because I was on easy?).

What?! I kinda didn't expect someone to max all the skills so... haha. The only options I can think of is spending time with the maid or the childhood friend/sister, but I see that you didn't unlock them.
I'm really surprised that you didn't got even one of them. So far there's 4. For the maid you need to study administration on first day if you're not playing on easy, and for the other one you need to study any of the animal handling skills at least once during the first days. If you play on easy mode you can check them out really quickly because they appear automatically at court. The other two scenes appear randomly as court events. Maybe you got the events and didn't click on them. Usually you know which ones have a sex scene because they are longer that any other court event.

It automatically picks it up for you depending on your highest skill. If archery is higher than the others you become a bowman. If polearms is higher you become an infantryman. And finally horsemanship makes you a knight, but you also need to know polearms to be an effective knight. Strength increases attack, agility increases defense, and endurance increases health and chances of surviving a death blow.

Ok, so I suck at the game in a royal way - 15 minutes or so and I get a peasant rebellion. I actually won... only for it to start again and give me this unavoidable error.
I burned out for today. I'll check it again on the next update.

I know nothing about game design, but I have a few things to say that may or may not be helpful.
-UI elements that tell the player what actual effects upgrading the "outside" (e.g. South Forest, Crop Field, etc.) buildings will have, similar to things like the Inn or Slums.
-A breakdown of where exactly the player's income is coming from. (10k from peasant tax, 5k from slums, 2k from south forest, etc.) A similar breakdown of where expenses are going would be nice too.
EDIT: THERE ALREADY IS AN INCOME AND EXPENSES OUTLINER, I AM DUM.
-More in-depth info on what exactly the players stats do would be nice but I am sure that is already in consideration/development.

1. I definitely should get to that. The reason as to why they work differently despite being the same thing is because I made the "outside" first and then the "inside," so the latter was definitely a better version where I applied what I learned, and the former is ugly and pretty messy where coding is concerned.
2. That actually was my first intention, I just was afraid of making the treasury tab too bloated. So I'll try to learn how to make... uh... foldable windows? I forgot the name but something like that. I'll add it to the list.
3. I did add some tooltips on top of the larger categories, but maybe I could add for the individual skills as well. Good idea.
4.Hahaha I feel you. I actually do have pregnancy planned, I just didn't have any character developed enough to add it. But now I'll focus my attention to adding content so even if it won't be next update, there'll definitely be baby making on the way.

There seems to be a bug with the valkyrie event. I sent out full force, won the fight and then the number of enemy survivors kept going up until the game threw an exception:

Every time i try to fight a battle, right before the last casualty the game freezes and i get a traceback error, if i ignore the error the causalities count goes all the way to the thousands and only keeps increasing until the game crashes competly.
