A lot should be, but if the developer didn't want to add QoL, then we're left to put up with it. Or add it yourself.

depending on your story progression, u got another screen on the left with thiefs or bandits or whatsoever. If i remember correctly, nami specificaly ask u to bring her the bounty of one of those bandits though

EDIT: Seems like a release is comin in a few days

Figured it out. The issue is caused by your antivirus software removing the file when you extract it.
