Far as I can tell it's only partially properly translated, the rest of it is made up of BepInEx (also used in

), which machine translates it, not the best, but... readable (?) to an extent.

Also you can customize breast size, part of char creation if I recall correctly. Pretty much part of the whole point of the game, like the previous titles, though personally I like AA2 better than this supposed spiritual successor. See
