Gotta use something like notepad++ for that second one tho.

Using console commands is something really only recommended as a last resort over simply editing the RPY files to make your own mods and cheats. It still requires the same understanding of code and coding - and while you could just copy-paste into console, you could just copy-paste into a script even more easily. It is not recommended if you struggle with instruction or coding - the more so since nobody has updated the console commands in a very long time, while the code the game runs on has changed in several ways since - not least that player money is no longer separate from business money.Ok how the hell do I activate the Console Commands? No. A couple of 'game months' in and no bugs at all other than got a call from an employee about a training event and somehow when I sent her to it, the moms stats improved instead of the employees - which while useless and a waste of in-game money, didn't otherwise affect anything much.Anybody else experiencing a ridiculous number of bugs? After a few days I'm getting exception errors on almost all scroll-overs.
I heard a couple of other folks complaining about load times but even on my 6 yr old rig the game loads in under 15 seconds consistently. However, that 6 yr old rig was a decent rig with a quad-core i5 processor, 32 gigs of ram, and a GTX 660 GPU.Hi folks,
I wasn't playing this game for a while and started from crap with a clean install just three days ago.
Is it just me, or has it become slow as hell? Loading a save lasts 30 seconds for me, saving about 20, and rolling back a single line of dialog takes up to 20 seconds as well. Even just advancing the dialogs can have a delay of one or two seconds at times.
Combined with the fact that I tend to use the mouse wheel accidently in screens to scroll where no scroll is intended and a rollback is triggered instead makes the game nearly unplayable.
It's beginning to take the fun out of it entirely...
Suggestibility has that % chance of turning any temp sluttiness above core (red hearts) into core sluttiness. But you still need to raise temp sluttiness through actions. The serum that raises sluttiness affects core sluttiness, and is temporary, meaning there's no excess for suggestibility to convert - they are simply slutty enough to persuade to do more actions.
Yes, it used to be easier, and could be done with serums alone, and got fixed several updates ago.
Compliments and flirting can work on women with almost no sluttiness to start with, but for ones with more than about a half gold-heart worth, you need to do a lot more than just talk.
A max stock of only 250 is the basic starting level, for when you have only Stephanie and she's doing research. If you try to gear up production on that you'll run out DURING each time tick, quite obviously. By the time I have just 2 employees on production I've turned that up to at least 2,000 supplies to keep in stock. Then make sure you have enough Supply Procurement staff to keep the supply levels coming in as fast as the production lines use them.
The game isn't bugged, your thinking is. Go to the office, choose Set Supplies and put in a decent amount that is considerably more than your production costs uses per time segment.
You also need to keep an eye on company efficiency. That's what the HR job does - does all the paperwork and admin so that everything can keep running at max efficiency. If you spend all your time buying, another worker is producing, and Stephanie is researching, your efficiency can quite quickly drop, and can mean everything runs as 50% efficiency until you either hire a HR employee, or do the paperwork yourself with enough skill to keep up.
As a general principle, if you order them to buy stock up to 250, but 248 get removed immediately from the stock to be used in production, you'll see a stock of 2 when you look.I wont disagree with you on most of that, except where you said my thinking is flawed, as i clearly stated that the MAX supply dropped to literally 2, even when i had already stocked 250 units ... so my supply stat looked like this: 250/2
which in turn, wouldn't let me stock more than 2 supply, but there in i may have also realized where the major error is, and i will have to try and replay and look harder, as you mentioned setting supply to a higher number, i may in fact have been the one to set the number to 2 without even realizing it (have some lag during screen swaps and options, so there is a chance i misclicked and locked myself into death). SO yes, it is probably my error that caused the multiple failures (but not the overall premise of what i was talking about being flawed)
It's very easy to mod that scene in by simply duplicating the doggy sex script and editing it to be saved as an anal script - but you would not have unique images for it. To create a new pose requires rendering each body type, for each skin tone in that pose. Then rendering each item of clothing that they might still be wearing - each variation of skirt, stockings, shoes - for each body type in that pose. Then each hairstyle for each head/face in that pose...Im confused. Maybe I'm overlooking something but why is there an anal skill and trait if you cant DO anal yet?
Guess it has yet to be implemented right?
Same problem on 2 different computers.Hi folks,

Set stock levels to high enough that you can see whether stock is going up, staying static, or declining, long before it impacts production levels. That way you'll have a few turns to do something about it before you may lose production (and the corresponding income). Personally I tend to opt to set stock levels to 1,000 per member of production staff for simplicity. Any overstock isn't wasted, it simply waits there until used, and once capacity of stock is reached, they stop buying more (so no extra expenses) only refilling stock as used.
For your specifics, yes, someone changed the value of amount to keep in stock from the initial default of 250 (x/250) down to 2 (as per your 250/2). Luckily it doesn't even cost a time unit to go to the main office and there set a stock level to what you need/want.
Lab Rats 2 game folder contains ~36000 files in ~1Gb of phisical memory. I think it's one of those cases when using SSD means more than using high-end CPU, but, since I'm playing this on my old notebook, I can't say for sure.Hi folks,

I have an SSD and a an i7 CPU running at 4.2GHz. If that is not sufficient I do not know what.Lab Rats 2 game folder contains ~36000 files in ~1Gb of phisical memory. I also have a high end rig and this game is the slowest RenPy game I've ever played. It's likely just highly unoptimized as the game actually gets slower as time goes on. On Day 0, things are slow but managable. On Day 200, it just becomes unbearably slow.I have an SSD and a an i7 CPU running at 4.2GHz. If that is not sufficient I do not know what.
Lately it keeps crashing on load and -- very bad -- save. Crashing on load means I can restart and load and it will most likely work. Crashing on save will loose all game progress since last save. Happens now every third save. Rollback became to take about one to two minutes. Game is basically unplayable not -- a pity, it just became fun.
There's a bug somewhere with the way it sets variables in arrays, where some typo or other error somewhere makes it start saving extra, nonsensical arrays, massively increasing the save filesize exponentially. So where early on the save file may be around 1MB, this rapidly climbs to around 5MB, and in my current playthrough is above 7MB and bugged in ways I can't imagine, since it will no longer open in any editor to see it.I also have a high end rig and this game is the slowest RenPy game I've ever played. Welp. Than it's all in the game code, since my hp 655 have an amd e2-1800 CPU (it's like pentium4, but with integrated GPU) and I have the same issues. Well, okay, I lied: didn't catch any bug or crush, but it's still very annoying.I also have a high end rig and this game is the slowest RenPy game I've ever played.
