At 100 arousal your character climaxes, and you do see any prompts for where to cum? AFAIK only foreplays do that.
I haven't played the latest two, but the next update seems even less exciting than the previous two. I'm hoping the more hollow characters get fleshed out more relatively soon. You should try the mod if you haven't already

This game is a monolith that focuses heavily on developing a game
Even significant updates from a developing a game perspective can feel small from a playing perspective
Especially when compared to games in which the updates are basically an interactive comic book
I recommend only playing this game every few updates.

Produce some serum and access the stockpile from Production Department.
Serum is the only inventory item and you get it from the place where it's produced.
