What is the reason for pausing the devellopment then going for a prequel ?

As it is, they are quite some opening track in the game, so its quite not a good point to set it on hold..

It's not anymore his main project, but Episode1- I am in heaven is not a new name for lawyer by trade. He works slowly on this one, but the next update is
