Not entirely sure about the first one anymore but I think it can happen when you do chores in Lux' room and drink the potion she gives you. After you wake up the next day your pp is small and you can talk to Lux.
Second one is the christmas party. An invitation should be on the table next to to your bed, the scene itself triggers on Sunday morning when you enter the Inn

I have same thing happened on me when Irelia first time finished battle with force ass suffocation, the boot cleaning is forever glitched and I can no longer gain favor from her to train
Hello, i dl and play this game like 10 times, in my opinion the gameplay mechanic need really some improvement to let us feel we are playing a game and not place holder, don't make too much different road and choice, nobody like farm and grind and autosave/load every 2mn to be sure to have the good thing or not miss content, don't hide your work, i don't want to do the same action and read the same text 15 times to kiss ass instead of foot, and the more road there are, the more bug we got, and there are many many of them sadly.
Not all player will try every combinaison of interaction that is possible, and if they do it, they are not "playing" anymore, so no more pleasure, so bad experience associated with it, and some other will just never know all what you done.
As i see the last update is about maldom, why not but personaly if i look for a femdom game i wont go for maldom, because this is not the kink i'm looking for and it will break hard the immersion for me, to dom a girl who then dom me, and i dom her again.....
And as i play the game for femdom(maldom) content, telling to me that if you put maldom(femdom) content so there is less stuff about what i'm looking for in favor for what i'm not looking for, so i just will looking another game who fully correspond to my expectation about the kink i'm looking for.
Still is jut my opinion, maybe people prefer enjoy game with all kind of kink and road without real immersion.

Maledom was always supposed to be there, and was awaited a long time before it finally arrived, it also is Optional, so you won't have it shoved down your throat

About my thought on how to find out the last 3er combinations.:
What i tried so far:
-According to Mtool those are all the Potions you can brew, so 3 Recipe i didn't figure out yet. I thought one of the 3 special character ingredients (Assassins Sweat, Dancers Aroma or Succubus Spittle) are added to on of the working 2er combinations to create a stronger potion, but it seems it does only work for Bloodlust Potion (adding Sweat to the recipe of Liquid Anger). The others only create normal Potions (example: combining Mossey Bark + Lotus Root + (Assassins Sweat OR Dancers Aroma OR Succubus Spittle) creates just another health potion).
-I found out that that there are 3 events for failure possible about 33% each to occure. I tested with a combination that didn't work (example: Teeming Spore + Venom Sack) and repeated 10 times with the same combination. 5 times got an explosion. 2 Times dirty water and 3 times vulnerability potion. Also Ingredients can be added to Slots interchangably. Same ingredients in one recipe result in failure.
-I also tried to add a normal ingredient as third slot that wasn't used in recipe before (example : Mossey Bark + Lotus Root + (ingredient that aren't Mossey Bark or Lotus root)). Also failure for all 2er recipe combinations

What i'd try if i wouldn't be tired of it yet:
(fastest would be to look into the code but ...meh!)
-> Since all the working 2er combinations + ingredient failed. All thats left is to try to add (Assassins Sweat, Dancers Aroma AND Succubus Spittle) to each of the failed 2er combinations and hope for one of the last 3 legendary Potions to come out.
-> Proceed to add all Unused normal ingredients to the failed 2er combinations in 3th slot
-> I hope that isn't what the dev did, but you are allowed to add potions and other items like mining materials as well inside the ingredient slots. But that would result in to much combinations to test out. (edit: nope can't be, since there are only switches for the original 14 ingredients implemented. So the first two approaches should work)
