Muriel does not have to be at 100 loyalty before Diamond City, on the contrary if you want to cheese her into not getting into the harem, she needs to be below a certain amount (70 I think) for her not to be called into the harem during the second half of the game. Also you only have to have 100 loyalty on the heroine that shows up on the cutscene at the fort before Diamond City, as there is an option where Ares ask "what the heroine is up to", where selecting that option will only let a random nameless concubine to be fucked by Baroque.
oh man I really hope this isn't true. I just grinded out a 7 hour "perfect save file" right before taking diamond city, where all upgrades are done, all heroes items optimized, diamond fully sabotaged with no walls or turrets, have choice of whether or not I take frost crystal on and all heroines made it to 98ish loyalty and are one grilled meat away from 100 so I can open this save file and change out the NTR targets
tbf, the Romance them All mod being created by someone else in this thread should allow you to do all that in a single playthrough. However not all girls get that specific cutscene.
There's a mod in the thread somewhere to skip animations.
Don't remember where to find it in this thread, so Im just sending the patch2.xp3 file I use for my game that has the cheats and the boosted difficulty mod on top of it.
Basically yes, typically you can only have a relationship with one character but this removes the limit.
