Okay so apparently you need Seria at 100 loyalty to prevent the Baroque from fucking the other girls. A bit odd that her loyalty is the flag and not the loyalty of the girls getting fucked.

So Leanne Beatrice Carla Marion Cynthia Seria And Muriel Have to be 100 Loyalty before Diamond City just checked to confirm and it worked fine also would not have made the M&M connection holy shit haha Also this might be helpful to some a guide of sorts to events and how to unlock characters etc

Muriel does not have to be at 100 loyalty before Diamond City, on the contrary if you want to cheese her into not getting into the harem, she needs to be below a certain amount (70 I think) for her not to be called into the harem during the second half of the game. Also you only have to have 100 loyalty on the heroine that shows up on the cutscene at the fort before Diamond City, as there is an option where Ares ask "what the heroine is up to", where selecting that option will only let a random nameless concubine to be fucked by Baroque.
