About Why Holy King is so important

The holy king really isnt important at all.
Having better plot/setup for the Harem part of the NTR (and better scene development imo) would have helped the game quite a since, since after the ''prologue'' the game is pretty barren in terms of plot.

If holy king was not so important, kingdom from Heastia -Aura and Stormlance agreed to join you on the spot after telling them "hey look i've got one holy king for you" when you were under Ludwig and after Baroque

If the holy king was so important, they would have agreed to join you on the spot after you have king B on the throne. They dont. You still have to beat their kingdoms. (FYI: you dont have to beat them before getting B crowned as king)

Its good to find your own reasons if the game's arent enough/very good as that can make enjoyment better for you. That wont change the state of the actual game tho.

If the Harem instead involved the previous good king, who doesnt want to ntr you but has to, or Kasim who somehow gained the throne via spying and decided to say FY to his brothers...that would have been a lot more interesting Harem NTR setting that makes more sense. The first would give a good reason for Holy Kings actually being important, and the second a good reason for taking your generals. (also because he could offer/give sabotage/info in return)

People Like said in prologue see Holy king like an idol or a supreme being because one Holy king bring peace for 400 years so they have a lot of trust in the holy king

I dunno if you understand the plot well enough if you say that. You do know that every single king of that bloodline has been a holy king right? And no, none of them lived for 400 years.

Anyway again, I loved the game's mechanics. It just has poorly thought out setup in its plot (what little plot there is) likely as result of the development hell the game went through. (it took almost 1 and a half years from planned release to actual release)

Their next planned game seems to have much smaller scale (its about a group of dungeon adventurers) so hopefully they can do better with it. That said im not expecting much in terms of release time. It will likely take a long time before that game is ready for release. Since I enjoy their art (and ntr in general) I'll be looking forward to it regardless.[/QUOTE]

You need the EvilSwordGarp that you need to take from one of the crystals. Forgot which crystal though

By the way, didn't somebody post some soldier type advantages? I don't know where it is.... something like adepts vs mages vs melee vs something else...

Its more dependant on unit stats rather then unit types. Priest unit types tend to have high INT and thus magic resist, so they are good against mages. Melee/physical tends to have low INT so they are weak to magic damage, etc.

Mage types are good against most things that arent priests. (Beatrice and the old Wizard guy can carry the game for you on their own, if you are playing below black) Some skills are OP as well, tho its easiest to get the OP ones on magic characters like Beatrice.

Imo , story made holy king important for a part of its Ntr setup (Harem).

-prologue start with it's lore
-when Ares learn about ludwig (holy king successor) , it's when game truly start because he want him to be the holy king
-you choose and go into one faction as soon as they saw holy king, "yes we join"
-other faction game system want you to fight them before you are able to talk to them ( but agree to join when you say hey "holy king" so join )
-kasim plot about holy king and lineage
-they suck up to holy king and say nothing about harem system even if they don't like it
-when B betray Ares the war hero, no one go to defend him even if B is trash
-demon try to usurp holy king to conquer land faster

Maybe author also thought of making Ludwig a trashy king but after all say nah stupid idea or people will not be able to accept or believe it

if you have no affection stat for a woman various reason

-not get her in this playtrough because have not start with her faction
-lock in one particular woman route ( but breakable )
-if hippian get her to first sex scene no more possible to get

if you want to raise said stat, give her gift, after reaching an affection lvl just talk to her to get scene

For the first scenes you also need (still hidden) affection stat. Just throw more bread at her. Beyond that, i never went with her path futher than to unlock harem/hippia scenes, but you can read wiki in

Do I need to destroy the crystals before bringing 10 generals to the enemy castle? I've captured the enemy castle, the prince demon asks me to bring 10 generals. I bring 10 generals there, and nothing happens. I havent destroyed any crystals, not sure if I should have.

You can check with another woman character with affection stat "bread give 3 pts" no problem
Keep talking to her to see if her dialogue change if not keep feeding her bread until she start being lovey dovey

Destroy crystal if you want to fight a weaker last boss otherwise don't bother, Or if you have not done hidden boss for best weapon

A bit buggy sometime if you're not full troop or missing too much troops for one of your 10 generals, boss will not come, try to replenish to see if boss come.

That is avoidable. Just keep the girls at high loyalty before capturing Diamond City and the king will bang some random girl.
