I mean, is income really a factor at that point? That one was pretty easy to do without spending much money.

Isn't the the primary reason your income would be sapped due to troop recovery? It's been a while since I played so I'm probably forgetting other factors.
Yeah it's not some grand scale thing... It's just a dialogue interaction placed some time after the king is killed by the demon. It's really just something I'm putting in for the sake of giving a complete package of the situation of having seduced and impregnated every noble blooded female instead of just an ending popping up abruptly.
I did mention I ALSO develop my own games and I'm not really one to half ass things. This would actually be why I set clear goals and expectations early, because the concept of free time to me is non existent.
As for your income decreasing... I don't believe I ever had that problem, but tbh the way I play the game is probably way different from the way you play. I mean I don't give the king even a single concubine or any money or anything. I just march all the activated romance girls far behind enemy lines and fortify a few locations(one location isn't enough, because I use my own mod where the siege weapons actually blow up forts pretty good). I keep all the males guarding the north tower while the girls usually sit near Mirage palace.
Also to be fair I added a special alteration to just my own mod where even if I lost the capital(I never have, but if I did) the game wouldn't game over me. The only game over I have set is Ares dying. The game's ai quite frankly isn't smart enough to split its forces among two far away locations so even on black with my mod it just can't muster the firepower it needs to defeat either of the two armies. I would say this is really more of a problem with how OP some spellcasters are to be fair though. If you just nerfed Beatrice and the two old men that would turn black mode into absolute insane difficulty and make my mod pretty much impossible to beat.

I spent in-game years farming income and getting 90% of my army to scout for stat boosters because I'm cringe lol
Oh yeah, when I first discovered Wizard class I was amazed at how broken they were. They're nuts to play around with cause the auto for them isn't terrible like it does for other mage classes and makes farming for skills easy.
Edit: Question, when I update my game with the mod, do I have to start a new save?

Yes, all the configuration for what girls are options for romance is determined on game start. If your only goal is just to test that you can romance more than one though, that probably wouldn't need another save unless you're already part of the way through each of their dialogues.
Ok so here is version 1. Some important notes to players enjoying this mod... The ending you get at the moment is determined by whoever is the LAST girl you romance. Second note is that losing your girls to the Hippians still ruins them as romantic interests, I didn't see a reason to change that.
I did test the game fully(start a new game, perform a battle, have a conversation, initiate an event) to make sure it didn't just straight up crash. So any bugs you have is most likely going to be things not functioning correctly rather than a hard crash. I also have 2 different versions of the game(one with a cheat mod folder and one plain), the mod worked in both in testing.
To install this mod you simply extract the zip and replace the patch2.xp3 in your game folder with this one. I always recommend you save your original patch2.xp3 as a backup if you just want to revert back or it breaks your game.
What this do:

- Works for new and old saves so long as you either do a new game or new game+.
- Allows every girl to be romanced.
It's easier to say what I don't make, I have a very serious addiction of going on electronic/trance music binges where I spend hours writing stories, coding, and most other things involving typing.

Fastest way to test everything would probably be to pick Hestia and try to Romance Cynthia and Muriel since that just about tests everything. I made sure to get a vanilla version of patch2 so I'd be surprised if you found anything else changed.
Alright, so I'm doing the after getting the castle part now, just making sure you want me to romance Cynthia and Muriel. then how do I test it it worked? since as far as I'm aware Muriels route doesn't block anyone else's and wont come into effect unless you don't romance anyone.
I have one more palace before the Demon phase so I'll do what you meant after you tell me.
I saved Cynthia from Bullbear and talked to Muriel once before that. Just for current status. Don't know if there is anymore for Cynthia romance.
My bad I meant Marion lol. Marion and Cynthia are normally blocked from romance if you pick the Hestia start.
Romancing both of them would mean everything works since you're bypassing the restriction AND romancing two at the same time.
Oh, well as I said I saved Cynthia from the Bullbear, don't know if there is more. I was also romancing Marion while waiting so that turned out okay. I'll marry Chloe to check real quick if others still can be romanced.
Oh if having intercourse signifies a completion of romance I already did Marion so i checked everything.
Well I haven't encountered anything noticeable, I'm doing Chloe's route right now as a final check.
Yep just married her and Marion still does the lovey dovey text so everything checks out as far as I'm aware.
Everyone still has the affection stat as well which would usually disappear.
I'm a bit surprised that about half of the Female Generals can't be romanced.
I did skip a lot of dialogue so if that was a concern I don't know if there were any bugs with it.
It's pretty rare that mods are completely bug free, but that's good that everything is working correctly. That is correct also that few of the women are actually romance able. It's middle ages, but apparently his sister isn't interesting for him. Wendy is a loose whore and Sabrina is married and Vetrinus is a looser whore and Pamela is Pamela. Remember though that Dorothy actually is an option, you just have to unlock her.
