Setcheck64 I periodically cone back to this game and I keep getting frustrated that I can't create my own stories as I want them, even with your romance mod.

Is there any way to convince you to return to it and maybe get rid of all romance limitations, i.e. king going after non-virgins and Hippians not breaking Ares and King romance. Not sure how hard that is?

You'd seriously make my day if that ever happened.

speaking of it, how do you romance the girls? Ive only got the muriel ending which is a peaceful one, are there other ways to get the ending? or romances

You'd need to more completely describe exactly what you want to happen. If the goal is to just leave every girl available for everyone despite the level of whoring involved, that sounds like a fork into a different kind of mod. Something like "swinger edition", which I don't mind uploading. The society they live in is ultra prudish so used goods is inherently beneath the king and Ares is weaker for still choosing them as a love interest(for their society, in real life the vagina is a muscle that does not become weak except after a birth happens, just clarifying that here to avoid the arguments). So it's intended that once they're not virgin Ares should dump them like trash, which is why my Romance them all mod was just to allow Ares to collect all the ones he wanted before they are ruined.

Darker Than Black was the opposite, where you're poised against all the forces I could stack on the Hippians where you basically need to utilize everything to win including possibly whoring out the girls you're less interested in to the king for free troops.

Yes, that is exactly what I would like to see. Every girl remains available for everyone regardless of what happens to them. Virginity wouldn't matter, Hippian training wouldn't matter (after their recapture).

It would allow me to play it like an RPG with my own stories to create.

I am excited to see you considering it!

Nice. Let me add my +1 to this. A completely unrestricted Leane 2 sounds lovely. I always hated that there was so many limitations for the generals in terms of their involvement.

Yes you'd need to consolidate them into one mod, which shouldn't be too difficult if you unpack the file and just merge all the most recently modified files into each other as the mods approached different issues and won't conflict inherently.

It might be more complicated than that. If both patches update the same file you are going to have to build your own patch.xp3 file and copy the sections of code you want into the updated file... Also, unpacking and repacking the patch files isn't trivial either. Took me a good few hours to learn all of that (I think all the steps are covered in this thread in various posts).

Pretty sure it had no conflicts when I played with both back in the day, though I might have made a custom patch for it so take this with a grain of salt. Either way better to double check anyways.

Just got the game and I find it pretty neato so far. I do have a question though. How many scenes do each girl have with the king once they are in the harem? Also, does he go after any girls again after they are freed from the harem? Wanted to see all the content with the king first before I have them accidentally get captured by someone.
