1. Why? Proof? What made her drop the phone?
3. Are you sure? You see him in MaKenzie too, and he seems to be the guy stalking the MC/old man in the park.
4. Proof? Why did he get black bagged? Why didn't he mention this?
5. What was the point of having the supposed paparazzi/grandfather involved at all? Why the focus on them? It seems like they are building to something, but there is no payoff and it goes nowhere.
9. His dad in the next chapter looks completely different from the person at the end of this chapter. Skin, hair, hair color, eye color, clothing, size, office, everything. Continuity error?
11. The problem with the amnesia is that she lost "the last few days" of her memory, but she had known the MC for weeks and the events of the game up to that point take place over the whole summer. It's a plot hole.
12. This is unsatisfying. Lexi and MC even admit that they do not even know each other when she visits his place. Jumping into "love" so quickly for the MC (when he doesn't in any of the other situations) seems like bad or lazy writing. Granted, it is hard to make the finite amount of renders/story work for each potential love interest. Nevertheless, it's a bit surprising.
1. She was shocked. She tells it MC. Have you skipped so much scenes?
3. Yes. Because Drifty called this dude so in the DLC.
4. There's no proof because it's not explicit mentioned in the game. But it's the only realistic possibility based on all knowledge we have about MC's family background. Just read what MC's dad tells him about his own parents and what the man says to MC about his life. It's the only logical explanation.
5. The paparazzi scene was just for fun. Drifty tells you in the DLC. The grandfather was explained too. It should show a development in MC's character since the start of the story.
9. It's not in his office, he surely changed clothes in the meantime like civilized people do sometimes, and the other parts is just the lightning of a dark room only lit up from a smartphone display.
11. No, it's just one and a half week at that moment. Are you sure you read all the texts and didn't skipped the most parts?
12 Well, to you it's unsatisfying but that's your problem. Everyone has their own taste. You don't like it, thousands of players love it. Just deal with it. It's good that not all people are the same.

Since there is a question and answer theme going on RN...there is something I have always wondered.... When Linda comes in and gets undressed in the bathroom wearing provocative lingerie, then sits in the shower and says something along the lines of "that's one way to make a buck." ...She is prostituting herself at that point right? That fact is kinda implied but never brought back up right?

If so, was that in there just as a "this is how desperate she is for money" kinda thing and no other reason?

No. That's what you as player should think. Later in the game you learn she's a lingerie model then.

her photography business, so she was letting people take pictures of her. she explains this if you choose her path. that's also why she's recognized as a celebrity in the club towards the end.

1. hmm no i played the game a few times. shock doesn't really mean anything. she never says it was matt who texted her, right? if she does, what scene is that in? like her implied prostitution, it's never ever brought up again in any path.
3. very cool!
4. ok, i'll bite. what is the logical argument for this? his father never mentions or hints at anything whatsoever relating to terrorism or anything as far as i remember. so, please explain your thoughts on this. what logic do you follow to reach this conclusion?
5. oh ok very cool.
9. this seems like it could be a retcon explanation, but even if it were true: the render/model is completely different. they look nothing alike.
11. yes. they spent over 2 weeks with lexi. but cece forgot the last three days or so. that's what they mention. they basically spend the whole summer together, they say in other scenes too. the timeline does not work as stated. not a problem but it is a small plot hole.
12. this is not a useful comment and doesn't really address the point.

I think there is some confusion on 3 and 5... He isn't asking about the papparazzi guy in the tree that the MC hits the "Hole In One" into his camera. He is asking about the military guy with the binoculars who is also with the MC's grandfather in the park. This is believed to be Steph's former partner from Homland who is still checking on them "just in case."

Also, In responce to question 6 and parts of many of the other questions, towards the end of the game Drifty had a huge issue come up with steam because of Artist.io changing their music licensing agreement's fine print and adding a tiny line that basically said that pornography violates their licensing agreement. This made all of the music in the game unlicensed and caused steam to drop the game and I believe that they even started giving back refunds. Drifty had to do tons of damage control and had to get licensing permission from each artist individually and/or change songs for the whole game. (This is why in the Limo he says that he couldn't get the song "235 Are You Alive")
It is possibly for this reason that many things that were inplimented and planned to be used or explained later were just dropped due to Drifty ending the game a bit quicker than he had originally planned. He has aluded to this being the case. If he ever came right out and said it, I don't know. This is the most commonly heald belief on the subject of things that don't seem to add up.

About question 1, I dont believe that Matt sent her a text message. I believe that he sent her a pic of her ring. she saw the picture and dropped the phone in shock because the last place she remembered it being was in her clit and he just confirmed to her that he had it. I came to this conclusion because right after this, in the chapter ending clips it shows mat with his phone, and I don't think that a simple text "hey, I found this ring on the bathroom floor last time I saw you and I know I shouldn't have taken it, but I'd like to give it back." would have had the shock value that just a pic of the ring would.

with 4, the context is there, but it is very subtle. It was better for the MC's mom if the dad went away for a while. (because his father, the grandfather, was being involved in terrorism and that put attention on the whole family) Also the grandfather saying that he can't return to his country. and that he is being watched. Also, they were watching the MC because of his father and the Money his father sent him. you have to follow the bread crums, but the trail is there.

And as for question 12, and the, take it slow with everyone but Lexi, and with Lexi being " sexually and emotionally stunted/immature" First off, all of the other LI's have issues that cause the slow down... Robin and Kira- they are a couple and he is either joining or getting in the midst of them. Cece, she is fighting her own demons and he is doing everything he can to help. Linda, they have emotional baggage from high school, but they still hit it off pretty quick. Steph, there are trust and betrayal issues there. Holly, you have to go through/betray Lexi just to get her. so they all have natural road blocks. With Lexi, it's more wirlwind, which seems fitting because Lexi herself is a bit of a wirlwind. Also, the MC is just as stunted/immature as Lexi. He's had one real girlfriend, and she broke his heart and left him two years ago(no wait, a few years ago, no wait they have been over for a long time, no wait...everytime we read about how long ago it was it was a not the same)

For question 11, it's a timeline issue, don't get bogged down with timeline issues in this story or you will go crazy.
If you really want to ask a good question, how about asking about the timeline of the story itself?
Best as I can figure they all spent 6 years in High School, and then he spent 2 years working in the sewers, and now he's still a couple of years older than he should be, and by all accounts and reconing Steph should be at least 6 to 8 years older than him to have been a homeland agent. She looks pretty good for 30.

Just want to point out that in the original Question No. 3 he wasn't talking about the Paparazzi, he was talking about Melvin, former/current(?) partner of Stephanie (Camera vs. Binoculars).

(yes, all the numbers made me look ... otherwise I would have been blissfully ignorant of why you were lisplaining so much ...)

Btw, I'm pretty sure it's 8 years in high school and nearly 3 of it as a senior. Oh, and they graduated when they were 22

(EDIT: Except Linda wasn't around for the last part of senior year, so maybe 1-1/2 years, then sometime in the next year met Cece, then they had a year of school, then tried to pull a Mary Tyler Moore before Cece guided her home).

Anyone know what asset pack this belt accessory is from? I have the darnest time trying to find any contemporary belt's that aren't just a surface section of pants.

Drifty used many assets which was just made for him. You can't find them unless he or the guy who made this for him releases it. Maybe this belt is one of those assets.

Question.

I reached the point where i have to "choose", i think. (im at the start of EP 3)
I have been doing the Cece path, only focusing the "sexual" scenes on her.
But, i wanna know if i can still be "friends" with the others or, if, i choose Cece, does my friendship break with the others? just a question.

No matter what girl you choose, they'll be all friends. I don't want to say more, because it would spoil too much for you. The first playthrough of this game is like a revelation. I don't want to destroy this for you. Just a hint: if you're done with yor first playthrough, play all the other paths. Every path is it worth to play. No exception. I like them all and I use a to chose my route if I start a new playthrough.

Thanks for the recommendation haha.
Im planning on doing every character partly, right now, im doing the one im attracted the most to. Also, im playing this game purely because of the great story and Romance, call me old school, but i like this Romantic stuff more. There is more tension and feelings behind it then just fucking around.

But i agree, Linda does have a great body :ROFLMAO:
