When you're with Kira in the barn before having sex, she'll ask you to comment on her hair. If you like it, she stays blond. If you prefer the darker color, she reverts to it. So I guess technically there are four variations? I can't think of any other variation of that ending though.

is there anyway to turn of Developer Commentary? I have it disabled in DLC options but it keeps playing anyway

When you turned them off they're off. The only thing you'll always see are the tutorials at start and the comments after the bridge scene.
