I wonder what settings you use when you searched for it to get your result.

In the Game Compression Request thread the Staff made clear how our dear compressors should provide their work. They even gave a template:

Knowing how they provide it's completely easy to find what you need in the search engine.

So, we just need the search engine.


Here, we fill in what we need like the staff told us. Using "This thread" is very helpful.

But you know... people are lazy (and/or dumb?) and they don't care about search functions and how to use them. It's easier for them to ask and wait hours or days before some white knights do the job. They could've the result in seconds, but nooooo....

The issue is more that if there is a reliable compressed version, you expect it to either have its own thread or is in the first post of the "normal" game thread. That's why we search (in this case) for "Leaving DNA Compressed" only in title and first post. If it isn't mentioned in the first post, it's normal to assume that either it's not trustworthy or it doesn't exist.

Since Leaving DNA does not have either of these results, it's not weird to think one doesn't exist yet.

So, no, it's not normal to assume it's not trustworthy or it doesn't exist. F95 doesn't have compressed versions in OP since Sept. 2023. People should know it by now. Again, it's all in the Game Compression thread. Old completed games may have some links in OP, but actual ones don't.
