Maybe before most of us didn't assume their was incest, but I am saying from the moment its known their is incest even if you never played the latest chapter and you are told its a main LI, it become very easy to figure out, two of them would probably be out of consideration from the get go, another would be down without going thru the latest chapter easily, leaving only one as a contender.

Oh, now I get it, you mean that if you were told that there is incest in the game (cause there is a tag now), you would immediately guess who is related to the MC of the four LI.
But... Damn, I myself am somehow even uncomfortable with this idea... But why don't you think that it could be Colleen?
Because it would be fucked up, look the poor girl is suffering from some pretty serious issues, having sex with her would be akin to having sex with a child, and incest might be morally variable, but pedophilia is plain morally reprehensible, their isn't any circumstances where their is a understandable circumstance for it. As for why its one of the main four LIs its simple, because its literally stated the relationship between the MC and said LI at the end of the lastest chapter, so obviously the incest here is about that relationship, since the MC's mother is dead, he doesn't have any other known family members, a half-sister is the singular option for incest.
Although on the subject of Colleen its pretty fucked up the story take the time to make us give a shit about her before basically revealing she isn't the MC's sister, because it feel like a justification for getting rid of the character from the story, it seem like the Dev decided to basically retcon their relationship so she could be dropped from the story so the MC will focus more on the LIs.

Yeah, it would be a total lolibait. But I hope that there will be given a choice for MC to continue visiting Colleen, perhaps thanks to her he will understand that family is not only blood ties.

IIRC it was because it was a spoiler. If people saw it they would be looking for it and take away from the reveal he wanted to drop.

It is a spoiler.I felt like he'd arrived at that conclusion at the end of ep 4, when he went to his mate & his wife who works in the museum, he also had similar revelations with Jamie's family. Think he had a similar line of thought, that family doesn't have to be about blood relation.

it's a very recent confirmation (like a few hours), that's why there were discussions about whether or not they are actual half-siblings. Now it's confirmed and that's that. And as others said, he didn't want the tag previously to avoid spoilers. Once things settled and most people played it I'm sure it will be there.

as long as it is NOT confirmed ,inside the game and story, it is handled as non exist
so for the ppl who asked why it was not there from the beginning keep that in mind
rule of the forum : dont add tags that not ingame (bait)
the game has now , because of the tag , a audience that is looking for said incest
which will likely not anymore further happen (i think) if the mc stays true to his values and morals
this audience will maybe play for the first time , looking for incest and cry here after 1h playtime

Now that IM has confirmed the validity of the twist concluding EP 4, I cannot see any logic behind Rockford continuing a romantic/sexual relationship with Emmeline. That would be EXTREMELY out of character for him. After all, practically the sole reason Rockford never saw adult Jamie as a love interest is because he could not get past always viewing her as a "little sister" (despite not being biologically related), i.e. family. It makes no sense (at least to me) that he would suddenly have a 180 degree change of attitude with Emmeline.
Anyway, it's interesting when the group discuss the legality of incest while at the bar because an example of incestuous siblings is never used, only examples of parents/adults and their children, Jamie is passionately against incest both morally and legally. Rockford simply has the choice to go on a spiel saying you should always be able to fall back on your family - people who love you unconditionally and have your back. Nothing Rockford specifically says in that discussion gives any real hint about how he will deal with his current situation if on the Emmeline path.

Seriously... wow, I will just straight up say that this game has to be the best game i've ever played. Not even jesting. But the story, the LI's not being fuckdolls is such a breath of fresh air. The slight movement in the different dialouge renders, the details. Straight up oscar level writing and overall project. Just wow <3
