Yeah they claimed he was wearing the hat but it was the guy next to him, he even had screenshot of the other dude with the hat on, but they banned him anyway. Either way that's not the point of this thread.

Nope you only can get it from that quest in the intro.

Dude first of all chill a bit. Second yes the whole game will be consisted of 4 episode, 1 and 2 should be available as a single download on this page. Creator is currently working on episode 3.
