Almost at the end of the normal route and can confirm Crimson Veil fits here. As pointed out by Mheka, you just have to follow the main route. Caution is also advised for the very first optional bad end (alcohol is bad anyway).

The amount of yuri/GL subtext in the plot itself is relatively small, so to fully enjoy it, you'll have to give in to your fate for pretty much every female enemy encounter and instantly whip the hell out of any male undead you might find (they're a rare breed and they're clothed). Save before every single female on female mini game over and remember RPG Maker doesn't need plugins for unlimited saves - just rename them accordingly and zip-store or archive them.

The various undead protagonist routes also have yuri it would be a shame to miss out on, but you'll have to keep your yuri radar and dick alert sensors on at all times (and serving a vampire master instead of a vampire mistress just doesn't work here if we go with full bias, so I'd rather serve a succubus and try my best to become a lesbian succubus dropout on top of a failed vampire huntress, heh).

Lesbian games cannot be realistic. It's not allowed. Seriously, I joke but it's what I've seen so far. I honestly think only one game ever made me feel like a real lesbian and realistic, and yet it was so short. Life Changes for Keeley [v1.0] [Tora Productions] For me, it is also the best lesbian game I've played. And easily the best threesome lesbian I've ever seen in any game so far. I highly recommend it to you or anyone who didn't try it already.

I agree, the lesbian tag is more or less useless as it's applied to any game that has a token lesbian scene. It should really only be used for female-only or majority-lesbian games. Several of my patrons have said they managed to find my game despite having to wade through pages and pages of "lesbian" games that were nothing of the sort.

This is sadly true. As a woman who loves women, it’s difficult finding smutty content that’s hot and realistic. And that doesn’t treat lesbians as a fetish. Have to look to queer authors on places like Itch, but even then the games are pretty sparse.

O'k, it's not necessery to be total realistic. There may be sci-fi elements or something but the most important is realistic characeters and their realistic reaction. You know like Stephen King works -- mixing fantasy with realism and good character driven story.

Threads like that exist because people use the lesbian tag wrong to refer to basically any game with a FFM threesome in it.

Not the devs fault in my opinion. This site needs a rework on its tags system. The devs need to show that there's FF and FFM even if not pure lesbian for their audience, it's just that this site doesn't have a tag for this and they are forced to use the "Lesbian" one.

They are not "forced". The admins here just don't care at all. It has been said several times to change that, to create a better system, a better system has been suggested. They really don't care and whoever makes the threads and puts the tags doesn't care about tagging them correctly either.

Please define realistic. Realistic-looking, realistic story, realistic emotions...? While porn itself indeed is meant to be a fantasy, there are plenty of "realistic" female protagonist having anything from casual hand-holding interactions to full-blown consensual dungeon torture sessions.

Catgirl's Questlist (because the official title is far too long): The protagonist is a full-blown lesbian and a charm witch, constantly teasing everyone around her, but she still has actual feels for a special someone you get to choose. The synopsis involves five girls caught into a real life accident and ending up in a coma ward. All of which share the same dream in a fantasy world, but some of them will never wake up in real life. It does not have a single dick except for a very quick futa scene (magical dick growth) that you can fortunately bypass. The storyline is about as linked to real life as it can, and yet it's mixed up with fantasy à la isekai.

That's just one example.

As for pure fantasy, if fantasy games that are all girls, don't have a single dick or tentacle in sight including those dreaded magical things or even phallic sex toys for that matter, don't involve any male or monster interaction, revolve around full yuri subtext and have a token crazy psycho lesbian obsessed about either the (female) protagonist or one of the main (female) cast to the point of masturbating nonstop to the mere thought of them, following them everywhere and even committing suicide in the party while orgasming aren't games with lesbian potential, then I don't know what they are.

If you haven't played A Summer's End I would highly recommend it. As far as realism it's one of the best I've seen. If you are like me you might find it a little irksome how closeted the MC is (She is very much in denial that she is gay) But that honestly just adds to the realism given the setting.

I've played other games where the characters are written really well but the setting was fantasy, so not sure that will tick the boxes for some people. But yeah, really well written lesbian smut is hard to come by on this site.

This thread is awesome and one I use a lot but it a shame people need to go out of their way to do something tags should do.

There are far too many games tagged with lesbian that don't really have any lesbian content at all. 2 girls kissing while being fucked by a male MC isn't lesbian but still gets the tag.

There's also some games that try to give the choice but don't go about it very well. Bright Past has done an amazing job with giving freedom to build the character you want to play by making her les, straight or anything in between. There are points in the game that show straight and les content and you choose whether you like or don't like it and it lowers or raises you female and male like score. No content is forced either so you can play exactly how you want.

I bring that up because there are other games that try it like Casual Desires where you can slowly push the girl towards a lesbian route but the problem is all she talks about is how nice it would be to fuck a guy which makes it a bit of an awkward read when trying to avoid that. It may well have a lesbian route but it's not fun getting to it.

That said it's not all gloomy, 2 of my absolute fave stories are Salting the Earth and Kindred Spirits on the Roof.

Kindred Spirits is a really fun read for anyone that hasn't seen it. It's 2 lesbian ghosts that want to help set up other lesbian couples at an all girls school. It has some really funny moments and well worth it.

Salting the Earth you play a Nymph hired as a cook for Orc soldiers after a war. The Orc's are all well muscled women and the story is really good. Bonus if you like muscle women but still a good read if you don't.

Yes, the tag system is the worst thing about this site and it's sad that we have to rely on these threads to find lesbian games.
when it is something that could be solved very easily by adding 2 tags Lesbian route and threesomes (I can't believe a porn game site doesn't have this tag) I think many games add the lesbian tag because of its bad description "Sex act between two or more females" since there is no tag for threesomes, this tag is used because in most threesomes there are usually 2 women, they should also rename the lesbian tag to lesbian sex and change its description to "sexual acts only between women" so that all fronts are covered, but well only moderators will know what disaster they have in that backend that prevents them from adding more tags.

we will have to see if the supposed overhaul that is going to be made to this site improves anything.

uff yes it is painful to play casual desires that supposedly have a lesbian mode but still she keeps thinking about men I don't stop playing it because of the promise of several lesbian routes and the lesbian harem, since there are practically no games with lesbian harems.

I don't know if you have played Caged but I would recommend that you do it in the next update, for now the game is a bit like casual desires as the protagonist thinks a lot about men and the worst thing is that it is with hormonal teenage dialogue which makes it more painful to read, but the dev understood this problem and is going to make changes including these dialogues to make a lesbian route fully possible.
so if you want to, play it when they release a new update (not now as there is a kissing scene with a man that can't be avoided the dev is going to change that as well) and the dev is always kindly attentive to feedback.

For me Kindred Spirits is the pinnacle of lesbian games, it is without a doubt the best lesbian game I have ever played and I doubt I will ever see another one like it.

The good thing is that new lesbian games are coming out and with very good quality like Missy (one of the few lesbian games with rpgmaker and for me one of the best lesbian games that came out lately.) and Sunville (a lesbian exhibitionism game that for me it has the potential to be better than Nauthy Liliana something that I consider an achievement since liliana is a very good game).
