there is no difference and there is no update (ch5).
he just posted a month old render/preview...just for the sake of it.
ch5 is still a few months away.
btw, perhaps the mods could update OP changelog with renders/animations number at least

I played the whole game and I'm just not impressed. Practically every single relationship he has is an affair so that's already a big no-no for me, and his personality is just insufferable in my opinion lol. He acts like a horndog incel everytime there is a woman close by even when he's getting laid. The renders and characters are an easy 8 or 9/10 but the rest, like the story, are very meh.
I'm going to be checking probably one or two more updates and if it doesn't get noticeably better then I'm dropping this one.

if you dont like the affair part of the game probably not for you the game has always been about that and that won't change
Well I didn't know that before playing it, a bit ironic to call it Lesson in "Loyalty", probably meant as sarcasm. I'd get it if one girl wasn't happy in her marriage and was planning on leaver her husband, but in this situation it's actively cheating on the girls' parts and the main character knowingly engaging in that, and I just despise that.

Yeah I hear you typically not a fan of that but I can overlook it at times if I like the LI enough. Sometimes I can't and I only play that path for content. For me it depends on the context of the reason why and if the boyfriend / husband is a pos or not. Tho there is never a reason to cheat but with it being a game and all easier for me to find it not as a big deal since I don't self insert or connect with any MC's.
So far I don't feel bad to do it at least for my favorite LI since it's just a game to me from what I can recall doesn't seem like she has a total happy marriage as it seems on the surface to me plus her husband is cheating on her too. That and well she hasn't done anything yet with the MC as far as I can recall so there is a small chance she will find out and leave him first. But yeah if this wasn't a game that would be a no go for me.

what do you mean ? it's all about how and why cheating will happen. there was not a single doubt about since the very first line.
MC's childhood friend is not happy in her marriage, she is neglected, and cheated on.
two others are horny and have husbands that are always away.
one has a openly cheating husband.
there are girls that seem to be single though. so maybe MC will get to be in a real relationship with one of them or all of them, and he will have to choose to cheat on them or not.
