The universal gallery works, but I would like to be able to adjust the individual values like URM does (URM did not work for me also).

Once you finish the prologue about day 7. You can start again with a New game plus. It gives you a boost in blood, money and your stats.

I agree. Very mechanic, a bit uninspired for a game that in its first entry was totally the oppposite.
