I did that for .30 and it worked, not sure why it's not working now. Isn't the DRM patch only updated up to .30 yet? Sorry, not too knowledgeable about this kind of stuff lol
For reference, after trying the DRM patch I get a phone.rpy error
The DRM is in the gui file, if you download the cleaned gui or have a copy of the cleaned one in your pc you can just sub it in every update unless Selebus adds new things to the gui file, the script file on that post is outdated and that is why you get a phone error, you can just use the normal script from the game.

The care packages activate DRM stuff if they are added to the main game. Otherwise I think it's fine.
The care packages are non-canon content, some alternate costumes for the character page, character design sheets, info pages, an alternate animations. If you don't download them, you never have to worry about the DRM, if you do, and don't properly back up your saves or isolate the game, you are at high risk of having your save files wiped.

So if I wanted the care package thingies, then all I need is the gui file to obliterate the drm? How do I even download the attachment? Edge likes to open all the text in a new tab instead of just friggin downloading, like in the screenshot below.

I think you can right click the page then choose save as, or just copy all the text into notepad then save as gui.rpy

Kaori is kind of self-insert, sure Sel felt biased
I'd say Akira could be a self insert. The looks :sneaky:.
With Nodoka a close second. But not limited to them.

On top of all of that, Noriko apparently reminds Sensei of Sekai. So, there's plenty of possibilities that someone or something is fucking with her. Strange enough, she actually has a decent relationship with Ami beyond the recent closet thing.
Is this a theory, or is it mentioned somewhere that Noriko reminds Akira of Sekai?

So, had to edit the screencaps a bit cause she's whispering in this scene and the text was tiny but i need to know, is she repeating something from earlier in the game? Cause it sounds like she's whispering dialogue from later in the game or even possibly something we haven't seen yet...

Sekai says so:

And Sensei seems to imply it:

Both in the "Smells of Summer" Main Event.

Noriko did try to sculpt herself into Sensei's dream girl afterall. Sekai likely influenced Sensei's tastes which influenced Noriko's. (Besides the pedo stuff she's likely unaware of)

Yasu might actually be referencing things from past resets/timelines instead, but overall I doubt anyone except Sel knows for now.

whats this character mean?
Google translate says "straight"

On the wikipedia page for the name "Nao," it indicates that Nao has many possible spellings in kanji, which can change the meaning. When spelled with that character, it means "honest"

Note: I do not read Japanese, so there's probably a lot that I'm missing, and this should not be considered anywhere close to a complete answer.

Taken from google:
The Japanese name "Nao" is written as 直 in Kanji. It can have different meanings depending on the context, but some possible translations in English are "honest," "upright," "direct," "straightforward," "frank," "genuine," "sincere," "true," "real," "plain," "simple," "uncomplicated," "unpretentious," "unaffected," "natural," "pure," "innocent," "naive," "youthful," "childlike," "unworldly," "unexperienced," or "unworldly."

This is my first ever post and quite frankly I would prefer it to also be my last but honestly? I am a degenerate. I've played games spanning across many tags but so far my favorites have hit titles such as 'Corrupted Kingdoms, Harem Hotel, Drop Out, The Headmaster and others that don't make it to the point of being name dropped.

The writing among these games are fantastic but i truly have to mention Lessons in Love as THE GAME that goes above and beyond it's premise at every take. I'm not even finished with what is considered chapter one and quite frankly I've had to ask myself at least 6 times if i actually should be paying for therapy. I have cried, I have laughed inappropriately and then i have found myself back in depression.

This game literally has you experience an orgasm in it's writing and the post nut clarity that follows only to blue ball you with the inevitable outcome of your actions as the story progresses. You are awful. But the world is awful too. Praise Be. The OST is a masterpiece compared to almost any other game as well. (Don't think i can't hear Xion theme but less tempo)

I have genuinely never been so fixated on something that makes me both feel so great and so bad at the same time since I was forced to watch Evangelion or Madoka Magica. The game makes me feel like I'm Shinji jerking off on Asuka in a coma but this is a win for you since it's what you wanted the entire time.

Everything about this game hits my checklist because it's not just some random smut. You have somehow made pain fun because I eagerly anticipate the absolute hell that i assume is waiting for me in the next chapters and I'm writing about something people will just dismiss as fap material like it's fucking Shakespeare.

I'm in a similar boat - 5 years of just downloading games for fap material. I didn't even pay attention from the start, wildly clicking towards the next sex scene. By the time I got near the end of Chapter 2, some scenes would have me teared up. The character progression and subversion of the harem genre is really genius: the "horror" scenes are brilliant both plot wise, for what they represent with the whole God theme and repressed trauma, and as a tool to reel my own and other's porn addled brains into paying closer attention to the actual story of the game.
