I believe those are based on which version of Android you're running. Universal should be the default, but if you're having problems, look at which version of android you're using and try the version labeled the same.
I've never actually tried the game on Android though, so I could be wrong, and hopefully someone with more knowledge of this can answer.
The version in all the android links should be the latest one, but the game is still pretty early in development. Even the PC version doesn't have the "invite over" option implemented yet, though I believe it will be partially implemented next update.

It's actually dependent on the type of CPU an Android device is running:
ARM v7a (really old devices): Cortex A5-A15, Qualcomm Scorpion/Krait, Apple A6/A6X
ARM v8a (2013 and later): Cortex A32-A78 and X1, Apple A7 - A14, Tegra, Snapdragon, Exynos (2015 and later)
x86-64: basically every Intel and AMD desktop/mobile CPU from the Pentium 4 F-series and Athlon 64/FX, except early Atom N2xx and Z5xx CPUs.
