Yeah, ostensibly she was a nerdy plain girl in highschool who Masahiro didn't look twice at until University when she'd gotten hotter. This is also reinforced/alluded to at least a couple of times by Haruka and Sara including in the Chistmalloween update where Haruka comments about Sara having gotten more action highschool than her and Maki combined. It's also emphasised multiple times throughout the game by both Maki and Makoto that Masahiro was the one who really pushed their dynamic and would leave home for days at a time on sex benders whilst Maki stayed home so yeah, pretty much all of Maki's degeneracy revolves around Masahiro. Kinkiest thing she's done in the present day story aside from a couple threesomes with the one guy she's seeing is take it up the shitter.

As far as Student Punishment Games (or whatever it's called) goes it's an interesting theory but on its own just the existence of a girl who looked like Maki isn't really anything to go off of. Ah, but you see, this is exactly WHY it would make sense to sell it.

Think about this: She knows the actress was underage. Seeing as how strong she feels about it morally, WOULD she sell the videos if it was anyone other than her?

If it's her, she could easily see that by selling it, it's victimless now, as the victim, is profiting off of it. She has won back control, in a way.

It mirrors how a lot of rape victims will act out to win back their sexuality and sexual freedom. They feel it was stolen from them, so they do things to steal it back.
