EVERY branching choice is marked clearly with "Dark" "NTR" "Sharing" "Good".
If it is not labeled as such, it is Neutral and does not shift the characters in either direction at that time.
"Mild" "Wild" "Nymphomaniac" sex scene variations do not alter the path. They are simply different word use "Mild" being romantic and loving, "Wild" being dirty and lustful, "Nymphomaniac" being relentless fucking, with aggression and passion. Wild and Nymphomaniac may also have extra options.
Pregnancy is a choice, but the women have minds and ambitions of their own. So if you ask someone to take birth control, pay attention to their THOUGHTS... they may or may not want to - or they may not be sure where their pills are. Or even mix up which pills are for what...

Damn I'm a little outraged. I'm outraged that even on the Light path MC is loyal to the ownership of humans, slavery. He treated Mitu, who was the owner of Bertha, calmly. He didn't think anything in his indignation. This is what really surprised me. It was unpleasantly surprising.

Is there a way to change the time? I'm following the walkthrough for the dark path and on day 90 you have too many things to do and it turns night time before the cathedral step, which messes the walkthrough in the future days?

So Good and Dark (non ntr version) don't have sharing?
If I share in Dark NTR then with the right choices can I still not lose anyone?
I'm assuming Hilda is the mother, she's specifically who I'd wanna share, is there a bad ending if I do so? (Based on what you've said I'm assuming she can't be shared even on Dark non-ntr path)
NTR and Sharing are completely optional on Good and Dark paths.
If you allow Rose and a few others to be shared/NTR on the Dark path, you trigger the Dark NTR route, where multiple women are taken by someone...
The Dark path does have women eventually become whores within the organization, so if that's enough then yes, MC will train girls and auction them to be rented out for his Master-Pimp profit.

If not I'll just start a new playthrough with dark path.
I'm hoping sharing/swinging here isn't equivalent to whoring/pimping them out but I guess I'll see.

Also game bugged out I have 4 quests that cant be complete.
1) Emily (visit sophia house after day 116)
2) Lilly (visit sophia house after day 108)
3) Sophia (visit emily's room during the evening day 105)
4) Stacy (wait for phone call sleep at home day 113)
Before the school went into lock down I tried to get these done however they where not working so figured just need to advance some. Well now everyone else is at day 145 and emily will never be seen in her room again so... When I go to sophia house lilly is there but there is no unique dialog with her just repeat sex. Now I cant complete everyone else

One thing that is unfortunate is that the gallery shows the game's default dialogues,

ok it feels like hallucination at this point but i still wanted to know, so a question to those who have been following/playing this game since its 1st release, but did this game used to have a whole different prologue, cuz sometimes some memories come to mind where the mc and their family learn about incest from another family after recently moving to that neighborhood?

While the LTA prologue was updated a few times since its inception, it has remained more or less the same, story-wise. The art and dialogue have been improved overall to match the later game lighting, camera angles, and change-up MC's drab boring "nothing" bedroom into the anime wall poster bedroom you see now.
Not quite sure what the other game may be, but there are countless "abandoned" and completed games that use Koikatsu artwork. Could be one of those.
