From the new screenshots, I appreciate the fact that you fight a dick. (y)

Dick Nemesis.

TBH I just enjoyed all the resident evil references I actually had quite the chuckle. From the Chris look-a-like who is actually Brad to the original Ï'd rather starve myself than be eaten by the zombies" guy. The developer clearly played the original Resident Evil 3 lol

Dunno if it's just me but I think my resolution is sucked up. I can't see my playable sprite.

This isn't entirely what I was expecting and not really my niche so I won't do a full review, but did want to pop in say that I thought the game was fairly good. Scene art was nice, but no orgasms though? In-level art was alright, but I felt like the player characters looked a little weird in the few seconds I had to look at them. Was kinda surprised that this wasn't a GOR-type game.

Unfortunately I can't really put up a gameplay video but my main feedback from play is:
  • Pretty much all of the knife pickups seem to come in the first few levels, until you get the shotgun. After then, the pickups seem to be almost entirely Shotgun ammo, until you get the Grenade launcher, then it's almost entirely Grenades, etc. There doesn't seem to be a way to increase your anti-zombie health past those first few levels. I do remember seeing herb pickups during the later boss battles though. I'm guessing this is primarily just a demo concern but more varied and maybe scarcer item drops may be better?
  • On my first major playthrough I fucked up a fair bit while getting used to the controls. Got stuck after a checkpoint with only a couple of knives. On my second playthrough, I had no problems once I got a bit more comfortable with weapon switching. Only major hurdle was one of the... guy (not-Leon? I didn't play RE) levels. Not sure if it was the first or second map with him but some of the zombies start kinda close and low and felt easy to miss, leading to getting caught in the chain quite early and basically being stuck there doing nothing until dead. I also found it practically impossible to open the crates on this level before all the enemies were dead.
  • Not to state the obvious, but the basic problem with the zombie-chain thing is that there's no reset once an enemy gets close to you, and the other zombies still move towards you mid-grab. Your character does the zombie-stab thing and the next one is already their to do their attack with no chance for the player to fight back, especially when dealing with fast zombies, or slow packs if you fail to thin them. Some sort of mass-pushback once the zombie in melee kills you is probably the easiest way to do such a reset, but I dunno how to handle it in a way that fits thematically, or if that's even if you want to do.

Played around with dnspy a bit just bc I was bored...
Extract the folder in this archive to your game folder to get 10x ammo/knife pickups, +1knife when using one and unlocking the full gallery by default (including the ones you can't get ingame atm)

Yeah, sorry man...often it's more fun to mess with the files than playing the game for me...:p
I mean take Skyrim for Example...I got like 1200h ingame, and almost quadruple that modding the shit out of it...:p
