Assuming you're not on mobile. Enter the browser's dev console (on PC press F12) and paste this into the prompt (change the value after the = to whatever amount you want):
SugarCube.State.variables.money = 5555
Press enter and the prompt should return to the '>'. Now click on a link in the game to update the passage (ie. a blue hyperlink not in the left or right tabs, like 'Go to bathroom' or whatever) and the amount will update.

Depends on how you define "best".
I think it is the best.
The videos are all consistent with the characters in the game. Which is a big plus.
If you like a story of the MC getting in trouble and having to fuck her way out of it, it's by far the best.
