Ok this is certainly confusing, is this really netorare o netori?

That overview sounds like the Mc is invited to his boss's house, and the one on the lounge chair seems to be the Mc with some girl (the boss's wife?) while the boss Trevor appears to be working on the other side from the pool.

From now on, everyone's decisions will matter!

Taking into account that part of the overview, and that the description in the image that says "two main characters" does that mean it is Multiple Protagonist?

Yeah in case of netori, all the netori haters would come from their cover to demand the dev to cuck MC instead. Astonishingly similar to how the Anti NTR People behave....
