LISC-32.exe is not a valid Win32 application
this is the first renpy game that didn't work for me.
I downloaded it on 2 servers here and it keeps giving the same error.
I heard it might be a corrupted game file.

the compressed v0.5.3 work fine. if you use the LISC.exe from the compressed version for the v0.5.3. full, this version also works. with the original LISC.exe in the download folder the game don´t start.

If your opinion is so strong, sure there are 2 ways:
1. change the programming
2. quit the game at moment you can't stand it anymore

This happens only in the compressed version due to high compression of the small key image.
