Yeah, I kinda wish this rule was lifted. There's one game which the dev is making a different game with a uncommon gameplay mechanics, called Dispurity. His game still has A LOT to be improved, but exposure and feedback does help.

I had played this game some months ago. The amount of content was very minimal, I guess it's for the better to hold a couple months of development and release something strong that will get support, rather than releasing a concept which might get overlooked afterwards. Nowdays there are just too many porn games, it really needs to be something else to stand out.
The lightning seems over dark, the characters models... Aren't for everyone. You've started way too strong with the girl with genetic disease, by turning her into a webcam whore without inhibitions with her own family, that was overkill. Story writting for porn games is tricky. A pure porn focused would lack in the story, thus won't be compelling, but a heavly focused story might became a burden to follow, after all the proposal is porn. I've seen one thing in common from the best story written games, the usually put emphasis on the character grow and development into their sexual experiences. If a character starts off with a strong well developed personality, there won't be the the unmasking process of what's gonna happen next, the teasing shit moments that could be either highly entertainly, led or both. If a chracter starts as she did, it would be predictable how she'll behave and what will happen next.
Also in the real world, she would never be abled to make these cam videos, even if she had 27 y.o she looks like a kid (people would still be people, the average person just won't accept that.). In my opinion, it would make a little more sense, to have her trying to have a normal life, but instead being treated as a kid. Maybe she could have kids friends but a mentality of a mature women, leading to the 'corruption' of her buddies, maybe she could be stalked by a 'wolf.' Just want to say that this kinda of content would be dispised by a lot of people, plus it's against Patreon rules. So, imo the really best route would be to turn her into a 18+ looking girl, Certainly this ain't what you want, but this is life and would be the safest business model project.
Another option would be turning her into a support character who won't get molested/take part in sex acts, in order to create a different story pespective view, about the day and day of her family struggle. The only problem though, this would make the novel more focused on drama rather than porn, which won't do any good.
