Translation requests, make sure it isn't already in there or translation (there are few TF likes) and check the rules.
2.5.2 has the most compete translation, and the most mods. The patch for 3.0.22 is playable but a WIP, not all of the menus are done yet. 3.0.0 was mostly a UI and engine overhaul, look here for more information on it.

Like I said above it is playable, and the patch is getting frequent updates. But there's not a lot new. If you do play it you now have to talk as well as the usual head patting before Sylvie gets sick.
Eventually the drug options will be added to the pre-sex menu, and the ability to put the petals in tea.
If you check the linked post about it there's the bath event converted over from a Vietnamese mod, and other bit's have been added in since. If you like the custom clothes it has a mod that expands on them a lot. And it's also still getting occasional updates.
So would I miss any content mods if I play the tfpatchguy version instead of the przemo?
No installing the full set to a unpatched game will give you same and more. Apparently there's a piece or two of custom clothing (that's been posted loose here) missing, but I never spotted them.
You should play it regardless, I ended up playing it for several hours just because Sylvie was so goddamn cute.
They're part of tfpatchguy's 2.5.2 and 3.0.22 patch, przemo's 2.5.2 patches have they're own cheats but in a separate mod. If you made a version of 2.5.2 with tfpatchguy's thing check the .txt files that come with them.
