No patching, not from 2.5.2 anyway. You have to download the whole thing, and maybe start again as the old saves aren't compatible. It's all here if your interested.
3.0.0 was mostly a engine and UI overhaul, some of the menus in the available translation patch are still a WIP. There's a new npc that shows up very briefly, and Sylvie can pick her own outfit for the day if you let her.

Translation requests, make sure it isn't already in there or translation (there are few TF likes) and check the rules.
I got problem in the new 3.0.22. When I tease her too much by touching boobs (I use it to fasten up the urge scenes) then it says:

I solved it once at h_def by copying one of the h_def_styles and renaming it, but when I tried this on repeat room it deletes your saves so I deleted the copied file. It wouldnt beso annoying but the problem is that when I do the 1st Urge scene it just stops on her talking to me and then it even swtiches to the First Time scene after the sex where she says she was bit scared but its alright.

2.5.2 has the most compete translation, and the most mods. The patch for 3.0.22 is playable but a WIP, not all of the menus are done yet. 3.0.0 was mostly a UI and engine overhaul, look here for more information on it.
If you want to play 3.0.22 links and instructions are back here, but if you want the most mods and things then currently that's a version of 2.5.2 with . Saves do not work between 3.0.0 and older versions.
