It's tfpatchguy that added the mod config menu, not przemo and their patch is used in the opening post. Get 3.0.22 from here if you don't have all the latests versions of things. Don't mix game versions or przemo and tfpatchguy.

Ok, so you're saying the "molested" (modded) version in the OP that I'm talking about has all the mods installed, but not no built-in mod manager? I haven't progressed far in the story yet to check if everything is there, but I'm not getting the voices from the voice mod, so something doesn't seem right.

I'm not mixing anything - I have the above mentioned version, and my previous 3.0.0 version in a separate folder.

Thinking I'll just go the 3.0.22 route (all in one pack again) but would still like to know if I would be missing anything from 2.5.2

It has przemo's mod pack installed, which doesn't have as many included as tfpatchguy's ended up having. And przemo stopped working on 3.0.22 soon after starting.

I see at least the following installed: Voice pack, exhibition mod, yandere mod, Nephy's outfit, Aurelia's outfit. Also have the bath scene. Should I just stick with this version and get the patches from Przemo's MEGA?

That would be mixing things. If you want all the things possible get 3.0.22 from here, there's nothing in 2.5.2 that isn't there.

one (more) question please: is it possible to insert clotthes and accessoires from v.2.52 to v.4.06?
Maybe it was a mistake to load it from an other land. It seams to be easy, but now I miss a little bit of stuff, I know from v.2.52...

You can't really just stick things from one version in to another, especially with all the 4.0 changes. Transplanting the menu from 3.0.22 to 4.0 only kind of worked, and clothes have had a lot of changes made to them.

Have to wait see if tfpatchguy will eventually get their to do what their 3.0.22 one did, it added back in the missing clothes that were cut for time from that version.

So who has translated the majority of the content since then up to 3.0.22? This unsung hero, if he ever translates the game all the way for each new version until Teaching Feeling is completed, he will be written about as legend in the annals of history. Right alongside King Leonidas and Alexander the Great.

Think when possible their translation was ported over, with the new patch maker tfpatchguy (and for a while here przemo) filling in what was missing or changed. The original translator said they were going to make return with 3.X but nothing yet.

Shorten the name of the 7z file before extraction, or get the copy of 3.0.22 from here which won't have that problem.

4.0.6 is the latest version, but the translation patch is early a work in progress. 3.0.22 is the latest with mods and a mostly complete translation.
