EDIT: Tried with no mods version. Still not working.
EDIT 2: Okay I feel silly now. After trying 3 different versions of the game and starting a new game, I found out I just had to actually click on her body and not the buttons. Oh god...

The mod has the translation built in. Don't use them both together.

What program are you trying to use to extract it with? I'd recommend to everyone use 7zip, its free, its fast, and it's compression is superior to everything. Other than that, use WinRAR.

I had 7zip and another tool switched to seven and it seems to work now tanks m8.
