Also tried it after midday just in case it was mornings only, but it still appeared.

Ok you do need her to be wearing certain clothes to get the option to leave them on, so if that's the part that's not working dress her in the uniform or blazer.

Overview:

The installation instructions in the opening post used to give a better explanation about the patch, but that got replaced with transferring over a old save.

Haven't seen a IOS port anywhere, there's the official Windows version and a fan made Android port. But I wouldn't really know where to look.
