For the yandere mod look at the old readme here. The games isn't really finished, but who knows when more actual content will be added. There's a pretty big Korean mod, is converting parts over to their transfix.

A few maybe, but with most of the actual fans of the game I see around here it's the opposite. And again except for the start of the game you can't force Sylvie to do anything she doesn't want to, which will get you a quick game over.
