You need to go in the day, if you do get to see Ferrum you don't get a choice and go straight to the market. Might have to go their with Sylvie first if you haven't already. The only real reason to go out at night is Aurelia's night shop.
Edit - Keep forgetting the spaghetti, going out at night but with Sylvie can also be worth it.

Okay I will keep trying. Went like 6 times alone and even more times together with her and still nothing. Weird.
question. is ver 3.0 translated to English yet(if so where to download)? also, what do the mods do? I've seen some comments around here about it and I'm interested.(on pc)
I just installed the modded version of the game on the first page (2.5.2), and there seems to be a bug where whenever I enter the sex scene in each night, the action buttons don't seem to do anything. All other buttons work though, and it's honestly really funny how my only option here is to decline Sylvie of sex 
Has anyone else encountered this bug? Is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance

Click on the action to select it, then click on a part of Sylvie to do it. Click her again to repeat.

For a few extra mods to that list you can make a copy of the game with tfpatchguy's things. All their things come with a readme, it's where that one I posted came from.
Downloaded the modded version. Whenever Sylvie speaks, the text becomes really jagged, unlike the regular smooth output of the other text. Is there a known fix to this?

Questions: I've haven't play the game yet so I wonder could i just go straight for the modded version? And there's a 3.0 version? What do you guys recommend?
if you wanna play 3.0 its vanilla only for now
if you wanna play 2.5 mods are a great addition

2.6.0: hard mode, you have to buy foods and cloths with money ( earn it by working) you will start with some money. Start game Sylvie will sometime get sick and you have option to take care of her (lust around 0~150 I think) after that everything will come back to normal. Be patient the MODS will Get you PAN! DOWN.
Options Mods: Sex in balcony ( usually happen when you decline her too much) you can control action like (Do it hard or slow, remove her cloths or not) in my opinions get straight to increase lust up to 1000, after that enjoy all the mods
- More *** but the action based on Apron types- Set cloths is random change can't make it stop
- BATH SCENES: take shower with her, you can wash her (happen when decline sex, you can touch her body
- Very high Lust and Intimate: extra scenes walk on street, see a small alley and you know what will happen next.

- New dialogue Sylvie will drug you with tea (pink flower) high lust and intima, reject her for too long but it in different language
