Heads up; Version 1.8 has been released.
Patiently waiting for that translation and mod.

Edit: It seems transferring a save file enables a pseudo translation when you hover on an option, and it also disables the new touch feature. Could be just me since my save is based on a much older version and carried to recent versions or I goofed on the save transferring.

K-Ray is doing a MAJOR Re-Do to this game - however it will HAVE Bugs!!!
I will update this post .....When a "Stable" Game Version is out with a functional Translation Patch!!!

It will probably be a few quick changes before K-Ray makes this stable (as he has always fixed bugs found - on the fly) so most likely an 1.8.1, 1.8.2 .... Is also coming very soon!
Might not be the case - but thats the way things have always gone!

Will update the the OP - when a new Translation patch is up - but also keep 1.7.8 (1.7.9) w/Mod pack and Translation available also.

But thank for the link - for those whom want an early start:D

Probably my own fault for cheating a high intimacy/lust but I'll ask anyway: Does anyone know how to get the book and/or the 2 scenes besides blowjob 1? Have been to the market quite often, don't meet the dude to get the book. My missing scenes say ''ask before going to bed'' When/how?

Does anyone know how to get the book - "Cheating a high intimacy/lust" - can you go to the forest and pick flowers? If so you already have it? If not try taking to the "suspicious man" in the market - trying going alone at different times.

I'm a little bit overwhelmed, too many mega links for me :p sorry

If i read well, the 1.8 version is released, but not the modpatch version nor the translation version ?

If i'm right, i'll just wait for a mega version with all in one, because i don't want to be messed with this game that i finished many times now :p

Correct - 1.7.8 is the newest stable version with translation and mod patches.

1.8.0??? - Is an updated version of the game -BUT - it doesn't have a translation patch yet - be a few days.
Then the click to play Sylvie x/y adjustments will need to be tweaked.
Plus a Mod patch will also need to be tested and tweaked to the updates made in the translation patch.

I put a disclaimer up over a week again - because I saw all these questions coming - but....

I am on it and will post an update to the OP when all the bugs are worked out.

Sorry if i missed the disclaimer, but i know that since game pass from 1.7.x to 1.8 version, the mod patch and translation may take some more time.

Think about that i spoke for many but it needed to be said :p
Thinking that as soon as it'll be avalaible, the patch and translation will be here too pleased me.

Thanks! Found the book, first had to notice the flowers is the forest I guess? As for your spoiler stuff, already had the first and second one you mentioned, not the last one with the maid costume

And i am missing Outside 1&2&3. I am going to forest with required cloth which is sleevesless dress and did every option too many times but nothing happens.

Update Notes
Version 1.8.1 is almost ready - new translation is almost done - buttons have been translated, just working on x/y settings of all the new UI elements, and bug checking.
Hopefully he doesn't make a 1.8.2 in the mean time??

Thanks. At a certain point I just gave myself 99999 love/lust or something like that, like I thought that screwed me over. Doesn't matter.
