when making a new stat how do you make it 0 even on random characters created in-game? i have tried DEFAULT_VALUE: 0
I have had this problem myself, Mostly it does start at the 'DEFAULT_VALUE:' but for some reason it doesnt seem reliable so I always now set it when I generate characters.

"You can make its min max to be 0-0
You can then still increase its value via script
StatID => StatID + 4"

Dans les mod "module de gameplay de base Vinfamy" est décoché et il est impossible de le cocher. D'où peut venir le problème?

Das Basismodul von Vinfamy ist zwingend aktiv... *cough* sorry. The Base Gameplay Module is always active and cannot be deactivated. Look at the checkbox, it is not interactable so no one can switch it off by accident.
Also, just my two cents, refrain from using CCCleaner if possible, it tends to create problems more often that it solves them, mon ami.

Here are some sneak peek screenshots of some of the new 3d interiors added in Beta 1, now being populated with NPCs who animate and interact with furniture and other objects. For Beta 2, their behavior is completely random still - doing random things with random objects, talking to random other NPCs etc - the more sophisticated AI stuffs will come in Beta 3 and 4.
More importantly, you may notice that the action menu in each of the screenshots - which means that you're no longer just watching the map and progress bar, instead you have full control over the camera to watch everything happening at your current location, and the transition between a normal activity and a triggered scene is now quite smooth, with scenes now also having free camera.

Excellent looking update. Becoming a fairly impressive looking game. Far, far better than back in the 1.xx days. Outstanding!

Offtopic question, any consideration in being able to make traps/dude with vags or nah? Just curious if further customization is being considered or what is available is pretty much it.

Not out of the question for the future (might be doable if we swap the penis material with a transparent texture and make a vaginal addon to replace it), but right now I'm just focusing on v3.0 which keeps busy enough to not really have time to think about anything else

This post previously contained the V1 version of the mod but I've edited it to V2 version since V1 is now completely obsolete in comparison. If you still have V1 version of the mod, I recommend upgrading to V2. Now V2.1 actually. ;) Link to download the up-to-date version of the mod at the bottom of the post.

- Should now be compatible with Better Pregnancy and The New Goodbye mods, granted you place the Nudity Matters Mod lower in the mod order.

Nudity Matters Mod (V2)

What's new compared to V1?
- fixes some minor bugs and inaccuracies from V1 scenes
- adds more options to interract with NPCs and more stat effects to V1 scenes
- the game will now recognise not only full nudity, but other inappropriate sets of clothing too! (i.e. topless (mostly for females), bottomless or just underwear in situations where formal dress code is expected)
- added more scenes
- added some scenes specific to universities (previously there were none)
- NPCs will now ask if you're an exhibitionist under some circumstances. If you answer "yes", some special scenes will have a chance to trigger
- features Vima's bedrooms in a couple of scenes

What does the mod do:
When I first played LifePlay, I found it a little immersion-breaking that you could go to a job interview completely naked but NPCs would act as if it was all normal. I wanted to add some realism into the game so I've created a mod that modifies some base game scenes and adds some new scenes so that NPC characters react to you being inappropriately clothed.

Take note:
- The mod includes a possibility for a non-consensual sex scene
- I have little experience with coding and with playing LifePlay so there might be some mistakes (please report to me any you find)
- This mod overwrites some base-game scenes so any other mod that does the same to the same scenes might not be compatible with it.
- It would be a very hard and daunting task to ensure every single scene from the game is modified so you might still encounter scenes in which NPCs will not see anything unusual with your nudity. You can inform me about these scenes- there's a chance I will modify them for any future version of the mod.
- High scene frequency settings are recommended for this mod, otherwise your weird habbit of being naked in public might not catch a lot of attention from NPCs

If you want to help develop the mod:
- Inform me about any mistakes or anything that seems wrong to you with any of the scenes or other issues you think my mod might be causing
- Suggest which other base game scenes should be modified and in which way. If you think I should do it, you can suggest to modify a scene added by another mod as well
- Suggest a new scene: when it should happen, what should happen, what should be your choices etc
- Report any wrong or unnatural English usage in dialogues (I'm not a native speaker)

If you have the V1 version of my mod already installed, I recommend deleting it alltogether before installing this one (the files don't have identical names so it won't automatically replace one another).

Yes, the two rapists in this scene can be of any gender, they're rapists after all, why would they respect your gender preferences. My goal with this mod was more to increase the realism of the game in a way that a player experiences consequences of inadequate clothing, rather than to satisfy any fetishes.

I didn't think it would bother the players but if it does, I will see what I can do. Maybe I can provide an additional version that respect gender preferences if it doesn't overwhelm me to modify the code (I'm not very good at it, it was a real struggle for me to create this mod :p ).

1. Kicking ass or ass kicked both result in sex.
2. Running still results in sex
The fight option requires very high martial stat and the running option requires very high fitness stat to succeed and even at 100 skill they have a chance to fail, you're outnumbered 2 to 1 so it's supposed to be a difficult situation to escape.

Did you get a situation in which you got the dialogues suggesting you won the fight but still got raped? I'm looking at the code and it shouldn't happen but if so, I will test the scene to see if it works like that.

Awesome updates coming up can't wait.
I have one question though. Do you plan on updating the first loading screen? Game came a long way from the start, but the loading screen feels too outdated.

Did you get a situation in which you got the dialogues suggesting you won the fight but still got raped? I'm looking at the code and it shouldn't happen but if so, I will test the scene to see if it works like that.
Character is created with and maintains max states. And dialog says that i won, but I still still get some kind of sex scene.

That would be greatly appreciated. I do like most of the features of your mod.

3.0 Beta 2 includes a public beta testing period before the official release. So, here are the links for those wanting to help beta-test this version (or just really impatient). No previous beta testing experience is required - it's as simple as playing the game normally and report any bugs you encounter.
  • (requires v2.0 Stable or later)
The beta testing period will last around 36 hours, aiming for official release of v3.0 Beta 2 (which will include the rest of the platforms and mirrors of course) before Saturday, 21 March)
My preferred channel to receive bug reports from beta testers is via Discord. But a reply here would do too.
If you're not interested in beta-testing the game and are not super impatient to try out the new content in this version, it's recommended to just wait a bit more for the final v3.0 Beta 2 releases.

Change Log:
This is the second update of the five-update v3.0 Interaction and AI Overhaul. It will get rid of the whole 'visual novel' feel of gameplay and move towards a truly 3d lifesim gaming experience:
- Taking any action with a building will now actually 'zoom in' to the building's interior (i.e. the interior presets added back in Beta 1) where you can see your character and NPCs doing things, i.e interacting with that building's furniture and other objects. There's a button to go back to the city map when you want to go somewhere else of course.
- Controllable full 3d camera for both normal interaction (i.e. taking an action with a building) & during any scenes triggered, so that gameplay can flow smoothly between a normal activity and a triggered scene. No more of the 'watching the city map & progress bar, interrupted by random visual novel bits' feel.
- Male and female poses & animations for many furniture & objects added so far in the game (sit on chairs, lie on beds, jog on treadmills, etc) so that characters don't just spawn inside the 3d building and stand there awkwardly.
- A few random NPCs spawning at any location you go to, doing random things, talking to random people and interacting with random objects. The sophisticated AI logic and dynamic NPC schedules will come in Beta 3 and 4.
- WIP stuffs and Transitional Issues as This Update Is Just the Second Part of the Wider Five-Update Overhaul: gameplay-wise it will start to feel like the full 3d lifesim experience that 3.0 is aiming to be, just without the AI logic to make sure NPC's current location and action make sense. The scenes will no longer be 'visual novel-esque but instead blend smoothly with the normal interactions and the sex scenes, but because I will still have to go through the hundreds of existing lpscene scene scripts to add new API functions for things like headtracking and walking towards a certain character (will do this in Beta 3 or 4), some scenes may feel a bit 'awkward' for now (characters making wrong eye contact, characters teleporting in, etc). No navmesh (basically invisible pointers on the ground to tell the AI where it's safe to walk on) yet also, so characters will teleport between object interaction points for now with no walking in between yet. Not a huge variety of daily activity animations yet also, these will come in the future.
- The rest of the March commissions from patrons and contributors
- Bug fixes, modders' requests (Actor.setMorphValue(morph, value)) and other improvements
