The devs are pumping out content at an incredibly impressive rate, but I'll be honest, I don't think the updates to the game are targetting the issues to the game.
The problem with the game is that the core mechanics feel half-finished. In my opinion, the issues can be split into three topics:
- Sex Scenes:
The actual reason a person plays a porn game is the porn. In it's current state, the sex scenes are a bunch of pretty stiff renders with random non-coherent text dialog sprinkled on top. None of the choices you make during the sex scenes make a difference (except for if you cum inside or not). Also the NPCs have absolutely no autonomy. The entire scene is just you selecting a bunch of animations from a drop-down menu until a bar is filled up.
It would be much better imo, if there was a fetish-system alongside a dominance system. For instance, a dominant NPC who likes vaginal might be more likely to want to ride you than a submissive who secretly likes buttstuff. You could have a proposal system, where either character can propose a move, and the other one accepts/denies it based on dominance/fetishes/mood/curiosity/relationships/etc. Also, the choices you make during the sex scenes should make in impact on the game. For instance, letting someone be dominant to your character might make you more submissive to that character in the long run.
Basically, steal some stuff from Liliths Throne and hire a writer.
- Gameplay:
I'll be honest, the game is boring. Most of the game is me looking at a map trying to find the right icon to fix. It should be easier to interact with characters around you. Gameplay wise, it feels like there is nothing to actually do. A game like this would benefit greatly from better dialog. There should be choices during dialog and the NPCs should respond dynamically based on their personality. This dialog system should of course be consistent with the dialog during the sex scenes.
In my opinion, we should be able to move our characters freely in areas, like in Sims. In order to keep game memory in check, you could delete random NPCs if you don't interact with them while you're in an area. That would allow you to keep the randomly generated characters, while still creating plenty of characters for every area.
Basically, copy sims and implement better dialog system.
- UI:
Not much to say here, it's really bad. There are icons everywhere during the map, and you still have a hard time finding anything. I lost my home many times during gameplay and could for the life of me not figure out how to find it. In my opinion, it needs a complete overhaul. Create zones where you move your character in (like the sims), so you don't need to keep track of every individual building during the map.
These are my thoughts on the game. It does have great potential and the devs are super productive, so I think it'll turn out great in the end. But right now, the game really doesn't have much to show for all the effort that has been put into it.

Nothing wrong with that? The girl has a good chance of getting pregnant and with so many dudes, you won't know who's the dad. Friend of mine did that a couple years ago, I wanted to come along to watch, but I had work that day.

If so could someone list which ones, for example the Better Pregnancy mod probably won't work considering this update has added/changed some things with pregnancy and fertility.
TBH it now includes almost everything from it. Except for being able to magically end a pregnancy with the PC or any NPC with.
I do think a 10 times higher fertility for dangerous days is a bit much.

Not really, I can imagine some more conflict since they do a lot of the same things but likely in different ways. The other sb mods I use have some minor problems, which is amazing considering they haven't been updated since January or February. Not sure if anyone's mods have been since 3.0 even.

Does anyone know with the new update or in a previous one if you get a woman pregnant they will tell you they're? never tried before or noticed.
Was attacked and raped in an alley by a female NPC. She later came saying she was pregnant and didn't know what to do.
1. How would she find her victim/know where he lived?
2. Why would she go and risk getting arrested to go to him?
3. Why on Earth would be pay for her abortion (that's from BP though) or help raise/raise on his own his rapist's baby?

Just curious - Is that "10 times" adjustable, as in can the player make it "less than 10 times", if they want too ?

Yeah, I'd kinda like to know that myself .
I'd had tried to slide a few, thinking they would 'adjust' the size of the clothing, for when they 'clipped' with the body . But nothing seemed to happen, or at least I didn't see any changes
.I like the game but I simply can't enjoy the game cause the character creator is just bad, I barely make anything that remotely resembles a human. There are presets but they too look very odd. Trying to make thicc girls, but never seems to work. If someone has a really good looking character, please do share them.
