Reading the thread will tell you that it lacks substance, as do the other kinks. It's more a quality over quantity thing.

I know that this is an overall issue. *sigh* Its probably my lack of interest in that kink that makes me fail to see how much of an issue it can be with that type of content. *boom goes the dynamite* roll chance for preg, if no try again; if yes continual belly size increase for 9 months, shotgun wedding, waking up at night changing diapers, having permanent 50% less energy for any activities (which are cut by half too) for the next 18 ingame years (alternative -50% income).
But if it won it should be done. And if it takes longer than it takes longer. Saying "opsi, month is over, still not done; lets do another poll to see if you still wish that it be done now" seems disrespectful to the fans of that kink and disrespectful for fans of other kinks that hopes to see them getting some love.
There is the two type of fame exist for businesses, the brand awareness and the local fame.
The brand awareness is global, raise all of your business' revenue, while the local fame do only that business.
You start the brand awareness from zero, and you can raise it up to 100, while the local fame is calculated (i don't know how) exactly that business and with value between approx 20 and 40, so it's easier to raise up to 100 at beginning. Either factor raises your income and virtually your 'visitors'.
Regardless the game difficulty settings (first slider in settings) it's either way a hard and long grind to max out (you need advertise 100+ times). Either factor has 4 stage so you can read 4 texted evaluation about (with bad, not so bad, good, very good content) like the other business related factors.

In the beauty standard section the faces are presets.
When an npc generated they have random stats, like the attractiveness, fittness, etc. It's values between 0 and 100.
After that the game try find a suitable face, body for the npc what it closest (what you set in standards) to but it has a random factor in this too.
So if you got a face presets what you like, you gave that face 100 and others down to 0. If npc generated with 49 or below attractiveness stat the AI look for the closest, more applicable presets (so will choose all other than your favorite).
I think you trying standardize your asian taste. Try set all other (non-asian) facepreset to 50 and rate all asian related presets between 0 and 100 (maybe its better if between 10 and 90, and yes you need define a ugly asian facepreset too).
With this i think when you add an npc and randomize face with asian preset and give a beauty value must be (mostly) generate what you like to see and depending on what you set in beauty standards. If it's work here this will be work during the gameplay too.
That is how I had it. But when I'm playing a female character, I want either regardless of Interest, so my character's brother/boyfriend can have fun with maid sometimes.

I have always wondered (and i guess it is a bit of a "first world problem") but has no one crated a tiny square map with just a couple of buildings of each type? I normally play Central Bath yet it is still rather large.

Go to optional maps (link in OP), and pick one of smallest. There are a couple of maps with less than 500 kbs. They might lack building types, but you can add it manually.

I know that generally 'eww, gameplay' in fapgames, but could we get it so that sneak minigame spawns constant amount of greentiles (I dunno, 2 for steps 9-10, 3 for 7-8 and up to 6 for 1-2) at the same spots each time the board changes until you click one, so you can really creep closer to them slowly? Currently you can wait out mini-game anyway for the spots to spawn damn near next to you, but this way one could at least have a feeling of 'doing something'.
I'd just keep snoring through those, but seeing fantasy races as a next version focus, tighter sneaking mini-game could really benefit the vampire playthrough.

Whoever says that is wrong lol. Like if there's no quality gameplay then I might as well just watch porn. But to answer your question, gameplay doesn't get updates. It's just scenes. I think you have a good idea, but it's more than likely not happening
I tried some small maps and the best i have seen for the moment is Shepherdstown West Virginia. It's about as big as Bath but much less dense. It is also no very sprawled. So kudos to West Virginians I guess.
