This game needs stuff to do that isn't directly linked to sex.
Owning a business is still such a shitshow.
There should be an option of how fast you want to progress at your office job. As it stands you can take over the spot of your boss in 2 months.
But yes more professions. Jesus Christ it needs more professions.
That and savable clothing options for activities/locations.

Also some more of a story feel to sleeping with some family would be cool. I understand it's a sandbox game but you can sleep with family members day 1 if you'd like to.

Is it "updates" or "features"? And why the arbitrarily limited definition, too? There is clearly content being added on the regular. The polls aren't just for giggles. Just because you don't like what the dev is focusing on, doesn't mean it's wasted/lost time or effort. You're free to dislike the direction a game is going, but to complain about something that can be refuted in a few moments is silly.

Politics aren't as straightforward as right and left, that leaves out the entire authoritarian/libertarian angle. But I assume it's not going to dig far into that, it might detract from the fun of it to get into the complications of the real thing. We'll see how it turns out.

Then why introduce it in the game? Putting bad political thinking into the game isn't a good move. Internet politics is laughably tribalistic. Keep it out pls.

Well, you can write your own mod, like some custom scenario and stuff. It's ridiculously not complicated too to write one.

No mod needed. lptalk files are the dialogue, open and edit them with a text editor like notepad++.

There's an event that occurs periodically, where an NPC will send you nudes. You can tell her off or say nothing, then are given the option to masturbate or not. Whatever you decide to do... it interrupts whatever action you were doing.

So, for example, my Mayor will be doing work on the Economy. The bar will get say, half way, then will be stopped for this event. I say I don't want to wank, but it then leaves me in my apartment, and the work on the economy task is gone, incomplete.

Is there a way to fix this, so if I decline to do the wank, it won't stop what I had been doing?

Pretty sure the offending file is "co_vi_dickpic.lpscene" from the corruption module. I'd guess the moveto function in it which sends you home cancels the current interaction. You can just delete the file to remove the event, you can change "moveTo(home)" to "setBackground(home)" but then all the other actors stay in the scene because technically you're still at work (not that it matters, the npcs are just scenery) or you can move the "moveTo(home)" function down a few lines into the wank or not if block so it only occurs if you actually choose to wank. If you do the last whitespace is syntax so make sure you indent correctly using only spaces, no tabs.

I'm not that deep into the new patch yet, but shouldn't there be a choice where you can recruit one from your own contact? Also, you cannot recruit you own family members; as far as i've seen.

Took me a while to figure this out... After winning the mayor's race, there should be a 'City Hall' entry on your Favorites. It should also show up on your map. If you go there you can hire aides and to work on 'mayor stuff'.

Honestly, it would be interesting to change the world through differing politics. I mean this by changing laws for example. Instead of incest randomly becoming legal, you could make it that way through the political route. Same with sex slaves or making certain forms of relationships/sex illegal legal for more use of the sneaking skill or blackmailing whatnot. That may be too much work to implement, but it would be an interesting way to play.

I am not a player of lifeplay yet and have few questions regarding clothing. (Sorry if this contains some basic material, but I was not able to find it with easy searches)

Thanks for any answers in advance!

1) Does the game feature exotic / difficult design clothing such as nun's clothing, wedding dresses?
2) Can you "assign" such clothing to any character of your choice?
3) (Do you have to purchase it in an in-game clothing store first?)
4) Are there any contextual restrictions for untypical assignment (e.g. nun's clothing for an office worker, wedding dress for a family member)? Such would be mostly possible in a cosplay context. Bat would you be able to do it elsewhere?

There are nun's habits and wedding dresses. As far as I know, you CAN get them for any character, but I'm not sure how you go about it. I expect the only real restriction is the gender of the character (eg. a wedding dress has to go on a female).
