I totally agree!I disagree. The game is supposed to be community driven, right? Let the users create stories and other types of content. It's happening right now, really... Not developing the core game inexorably leads to stagnation - in my opinion, anyway.
The contents are easy to make, just go to a store, buy a porn book and create a mod based on it.
About missing functions:
An example that limits me to extending a part of one of my mods: Taking control of a church
We just can't.
About quality:
Many animations are location based, Ex: you can't lift weights at home.
Some functions are buggy.
But as far as changing what is already in the game, yes there are choices, but adding text doesn't improve the game, it just makes it longer.
New features, animations and taking the time to improve the features already in the game is what I call an improvement.
