Turns out I should have looked closer at the links in the OP; you don't need p7zip-rar or p7zip-full; all you need is p7zip, as the linux version is provided as a .7z file. Would you mind running justE: Package 'p7zip-rar' has no installation candidate
:~$ sudo apt-get install p7zip-full p7zip-rar
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package p7zip-rar is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
Its all abracadabra to me, but this is the first time i saw that Commodore 64 screen do something, unfortunatly it stopped..
sudo apt-get install p7zip
?You then should be able to run
7z x LifePlay_3_13_Linux.7z
to extract the game.
