Pretty sure this is the first game I've checked daily for updates ... just in case I missed it

one of best intros i have seen: the whole darn story is expleined on it, clearly the big daughter is so mush waifu material... new faces and unique plot... nothing a dmd style.

Well, that's because doing something well takes time.
It may take a while, but it won't be abandoned; I love these girls too much to leave them in limbo.

That's awesome to hear. Too often we get attached to a set of characters only to have the game then stop halfway through (or often worse, get rushed to "completed" with all kinds of loose ends dangling). If this were to happen to Light of My Life I think I mightWell, that's because doing something well takes time.
I can't help but question the future of the lewds. Not say it's a bad thing but sometimes when creators are really invested in characters they end up making the scenes really tame or even boring. Especially if they secretly wanted to do a sfw story but needed the money that porn provides. Sometimes it's the complete opposite and throw themselves into super hard because really into the characters.Well, that's because doing something well takes time.
Lewds are going to get pretty lewd, but like it says in the dev notes, it's a slow burner, so it may take a while before we're at maximum lewdness, cap'n.
As to doing it for the money, in that case I could just be contacting in the evening hours and double my day job salary instead. Doing this is (at this moment) really a labor of love.

The writing is excellent! Despite the models not being my favorite, they are well done and I found myself really caring about them and wanting to take care of them...in a non-pervy way for once.

Chapter 2 progress
Well, it's been about a month and a half since chapter 1 dropped. By my best reckoning, I have a little over 160 hours of work put into chapter 2, and I've been loving every minute of it.
So, where does that leave chapter 2? I'd say, about halfway there. So that means it's not going to drop this month. I'm hoping for (but not promising) an end of July release.
Thanks for sticking with me. I'll keep you updated on progresses.
