Interesting thought. I didn't have a lot of kinks at 12 - 22, just 10 years of frustration. Though her other lover stepped aside for our first time, most of my early experiences involved MFM threesomes, such that I didn't even consider it a kink--it was just normal. I think that is a key factor around here. I imagine that most of the "It must be my kinks and no others" camp probably skews to the younger side of the player base. The older players I've discovered here usually go with "Not my kink, but I am enjoying the overall game too much to walk away." I very rarely see one of the old farts going on about content they don't like or why a certain character isn't lewdable.
Without naming the game, I tried a new (ish) one and almost immediately the MC (male) is temporarily transformed into a female. gets rubbed off by the alchemist responsible (strange but ok) and return the favor to the FUTA alchenist ( cringey to me). Oddly I was ok accepting the scene, where a short time ago, it would have been "gag me with a spoon" stuff. ...
I remember attending a play party at what was usually a gay bathhouse. The TVs in all the rooms played gay porn nonstop. Not my jam, but whatever. I was there for my friends, not the videos. The same holds in my games. I'm not seeking out gay male games, but if a scene should occur, not a problem.
My problem with those gay clubs/places is that most of the time the porn is there to groom guys into sexual situations.
