I keep hoping he'll put his work up on github or something so someone else can pick up where he left off. This game is only playable in Ren'py...I played it on RPGM for some time before I found this version and RPGM is just painful these days.

RPGM is mostly for exploration and doesn't work well with porn theme games since most areas are just locked and can't be entered, so I agree to a point. Now if the player had more freedom to explore different areas, I'd be fine with RPGM make but its just a pain to play through like you said.

Think of it this way, Pokémon will make a better RPGM game than this one since you have the freedom to enter any building just about and you're not forced to enter a selected handful of buildings. Plus you have battles which is a huge aspect for RPGM games. Ren'Py is to skip the boring walking around and searching for a building that you have no leads on where its at. In other words, RPGM shines better when it's an open world type game with battle mechanics. They're not that great when it comes to porn games. Ren'Py shines better when it comes to storytelling.

With that all said, I'm not saying you can't make a good RPGM porn game but you'll have to put in the effort into making it work. IE: Have an open world, allow the players to enter buildings that aren't forcing the player to enter via script and giving the player a roleplaying element to the game.

I would like continue Phalzyr's work if i could understand renpy or programming code. Im not good at it. It's hard to believe in all the internet just HE had skills to do what he did. More talking about Manila game thats i love more in all his games of him. Im good at design and edit, if someone knows to do renpy maybe we can work together. But not everyone knows renpy.
