I don't get your point. So they hired someone for communication between them and the players/patreons (and he doesn't communicate) and now you are saying that the new update is going to be released in january because of a lack of money?

I believe what he is getting at is that historically, P&P have delivered updates just after the subscriptions renewed at the beginning of the month and usually after they promised loud and clear that it was coming before the end of the previous month. To people downloading it for free, it's a matter of waiting a couple extra days. If, however, you're a subscriber on patreon, it comes across as a little scummy since one could assume that they are withholding their update to secure next month's donations. You know, in case people take the goods and peace out before the payments hit. I cannot speak to their true intentions, but their timing and communication have never been their strong suits. In fact, it has most likely prevented them from growing for quite a long time, which is unfortunate because I really love this game.
The update will appear when the developers collect the required amount of money from people who paid for a new subscription for a month. And it's not a fact that this will be the first week of January. Knowing how this development team behaves, this can happen in spring and even summer.

Is anyone actually believing that they hired a communication expert? It is the same guy, in fact I would go as far as to say there isn't even a 2nd "P" in "P & P". It is one guy.
I am not complaining, I mean the guy deals porn for a living, it is just laughable that some of you have this expectation of integrity from a person who deals porn for there livelihood.

and you're a consumer of said "porn dealer's" work so where does that place you? Also,you've been whining in the past the developer's integrity yet you boast with being a patron. Why not stop supporting if you are THAT salty?
High-quality update with content once a month and, accordingly, a paid subscription for a month, and with such an attitude towards the client, there is no desire to pay.
